Promoted to roster The Ravens elevated Isabella from the practice squad to the active roster ahead of Saturday's matchup with Atlanta, Field Yates of ESPN reports.

Impact The 2019 second-round pick isn't likely to be a starter but could get some snaps given that Baltimore's other options at receiver are Demarcus Robinson, DeSean Jackson, James Proche and Sammy Watkins. The team put Devin Duvernay (foot) on injured reserve this week, creating an opportunity for someone -- perhaps Isabella -- to step up down the stretch this year. None of the bunch can be relied on for Week 16 fantasy, especially with Tyler Huntley starting under center instead of Lamar Jackson (shoulder).

Impact Isabella was believed to have signed with the Ravens' practice squad Wednesday, however, it was reported Saturday that no deal was reached. The move now appears to be official. In a corresponding move, the team cut fellow wide receiver Bailey Gaither from the practice squad. .

He managed full practices during Week 3 prep and was able to log 39 percent of the offensive snaps in a receiving corps that was without DeAndre Hopkins (suspension), Antoine Wesley (hip, IR) and Rondale Moore (hamstring), while A.J. Green (knee) made an early departure Sunday. There's a chance Moore and Green are available this Sunday at Carolina, but if not, Isabella again could factor into the Cardinals' passing game behind Marquise Brown, Zach Ertz and Greg Dortch.
