Inks new deal with Giants The Giants signed Miller to a reserve/future contract Monday.

Impact Miller joined up with the Giants as an undrafted free agent in May, but he broke his wrist in early August and was placed on injured reserve. The team then waived him from IR with an injury settlement Sept. 2, and he went un-signed before rejoining the Giants' practice squad Oct. 25. Miller now will look to stay healthy heading into the 2023 campaign in order to make his NFL debut.

Back with Big Blue The Giants re-signed Miller to their practice squad Tuesday, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.

Impact Miller was set to miss the entire 2022 campaign after landing on IR due to a broken wrist, but he reached an injury settlement and was waived at the beginning of September. Now that he's healthy, he's rejoined the team's practice squad and will likely serve as an emergency depth option while the Giants are without rookie tight end Daniel Bellinger (eye).

Impact It's a brutal break for Miller, who had been handling first-team reps as a tight end and fullback, Ryan Dunleavy of the New York Post reports. Consequently, the fullback job is now wide open, and the injury figures to close the door on Miller's chances of making New York's initial 53-man roster for 2022.
