Getting start vs. Jazz
Cissoko is starting Thursday's game against Utah.
Impact

ROTOWIRE
Inactive for Wednesday's loss
Cissoko (two-way) was a healthy inactive Wednesday in the Trail Blazers' 133-109 loss to the Timberwolves.
Impact
Cissoko has been a mainstay in the Portland rotation throughout the season, but because he's been active for 49 games this season, he's eligible to be active just one more time this season while he remains signed to a two-way contract. Sean Highkin of Rip City Radio 620 Portland posits that Portland likely opted to keep Cissoko inactive Wednesday in order to use his final game of eligibility in its matchup with the Jazz on Thursday, when players such as Deni Avdija, Robert Williams and Scoot Henderson could be candidates to rest in the second leg of a back-to-back set. The Trail Blazers would then likely upgrade Cissoko to a standard contract to ensure that he's available to play coming out of the All-Star break.

Starting vs. Memphis
Cissoko will start against the Grizzlies on Saturday.
Impact
With Deni Avdija (back) and Shaedon Sharpe (calf) sidelined, Cissoko will return to the starting five. As a starter this season (22 games), the two-way player has averaged 7.4 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.2 assists across 24.9 minutes per contest.

ROTOWIRE
Not starting Tuesday
Cissoko is not in the Trail Blazers' starting lineup against the Suns on Tuesday.
Impact
Cissoko is coming off a 15-point performance in Sunday's loss against the Cavaliers in what was his 22nd start of the season (and 10th start in the Trail Blazers' last 13 games). However, the third-year pro will come off the bench for Tuesday's game due to the return of Jrue Holiday (personal).

ROTOWIRE
Logs 15 points in starting role
Cissoko supplied 15 points (5-9 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 2-3 FT), five rebounds, two assists and two steals across 32 minutes during Sunday's 130-111 loss to the Cavaliers.
Impact
The Trail Blazers put Cissoko back in the starting lineup after giving Deni Avdija (back) two opportunities to get back up to speed. Cissoko's role will decrease dramatically once Avdija is 100 percent, but Portland's All-Star forward will likely be hindered by a minute restriction or could sit entirely leading up to the break. Cissoko's continued production is entirely dependent on Avdija's status.

ROTOWIRE
Back in starting lineup
Cissoko will start Sunday's game against the Cavaliers.
Impact
Cissoko will enter the starting lineup due to Jrue Holiday (personal) and Deni Avdija (back) being out. With the team shorthanded, he could be in line for increased usage, considering he is coming off his highest scoring game of the new year and he has seen at least 25 minutes in each of his last four starts.

ROTOWIRE
Upgraded to probable
Cissoko (illness) has been upgraded to probable for Thursday's game versus the Heat.
Impact
It sounds like Cissoko is feeling better and will get out there for Thursday's game. However, with Jerami Grant (Achilles) and Jrue Holiday (calf) also expected to play, there will be fewer minutes available for Cissoko.

•
ROTOWIRE
Questionable for Thursday
Cissoko is questionable for Thursday's game against the Heat due to an illness.
Impact
Cissoko is feeling under the weather, but we'll have a better idea on his status based on his activity level at Thursday's shootaround. If he's not able to give it a go, Rayan Rupert might see an uptick in minutes.

ROTOWIRE
Held to eight points in win
Cissoko finished Sunday's 117-110 victory over the Kings with eight points (2-7 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 3-4 FT), two rebounds, one assist, one block and two steals over 34 minutes.
Impact
Cissoko drew another start Sunday with Jerami Grant (Achilles) downgraded to out shortly before tipoff. However, Cissoko wasn't all that sharp and was the only starter to be held to single figures in the scoring column. He added some production on the defensive end but has otherwise struggled, averaging 7.0 points, 2.6 rebounds, 1.0 assists and 1.0 steals over his last seven games.

Impact
The Trail Blazers adjusted their lineup for this game and Cissoko moved back to a bench role, but he responded by posting his best scoring output of the season.
