Jones will aim to recover in time to be available for the Monday matchup against Houston.

Impact Johnson moved to a primary bench role last season, starting in just 27 of his 63 appearances. With the addition of Harrison Barnes in the offseason, it appears that Johnson will receive an even more decreased role this year. Johnson's main fantasy value moving forward will likely be as a scoring punch off San Antonio's bench.

The superstar took a backseat offensively as Luka Doncic tallied a triple-double and Klay Thompson scored an efficient 22 points while shooting 60.0 percent from deep. Irving played only 27 minutes as Jaden Hardy (20 minutes) and Quentin Grimes (15 minutes) both got significant run, though that likely will not be the case every single night.
