Waived by Chicago The Bulls signed Nembhard to an Exhibit 10 contract and waived him Tuesday, Keith Smith of Spotrac.com reports.

Impact After being waived by the Bulls, Nembhard is expected to join the club's G League affiliate, the Windy City Bulls. The 26-year-old guard appeared in 33 outings with the G League's Capital City Go-Go last season, averaging 17.0 points, 6.3 assists and 6.0 rebounds across 32.3 minutes per game.

Converting to standard deal The Cavaliers will convert Nembhard's two-way contract into a standard NBA contract Thursday, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.

Impact Nembhard joined Cleveland on the two-way deal in October and has appeared in 13 NBA games this season. He played two minutes during Wednesday's loss to the Mavericks and is unlikely to see much action down the stretch.
