Entering free agency The Jazz will not tender a qualifying offer to Tshiebwe, per Tony Jones of The Athletic.
Impact Tshiebwe will now become an unrestricted free agent, and Utah is also not extending an invitation for him to join up for the Summer League. The Kentucky product flashed a bit down the stretch a year ago, averaging 14.0 points, 11.2 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.0 steals per game over his last five contests, so Tshiebwe could draw some attention this offseason.
JUNE 29 • ROTOWIRE
Double-doubles in season finale Tshiebwe totaled 29 points (12-17 FG, 5-8 FT), 17 rebounds and three assists in 32 minutes during Sunday's 131-107 loss to the Lakers.
Impact Tshiebwe was a bench player for the Jazz throughout the season, but he started in four of the team's final five games and posted encouraging numbers. He averaged 14.0 points, 11.2 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.0 steals per game over that stretch while shooting 62.3 percent from the floor. The three-year veteran ended the campaign averaging 7.8 points and 6.6 rebounds per game while starting in six of his 27 regular-season appearances.
APRIL 13 • ROTOWIRE
Hauls in 22 rebounds in blowout Tshiebwe closed Friday's 147-101 win over the Grizzlies with 16 points (7-11 FG, 2-4 FT), 22 rebounds, three assists, two blocks and one steal over 28 minutes.
Impact The Jazz had a huge size advantage over the Grizzlies, and Tshiebwe took advantage with a tremendous rebound total. Although the Jazz seem to have found their answer at center via Kyle Filipowski, Tshiebwe has provided apt support in the frontcourt since joining the parent club. The prognoses for Jusuf Nurkic (nose) and Walker Kessler (shoulder) are unclear, but a healthy Jaren Jackson (knee) will likely keep Thsiebwe buried on the depth chart next season if he stays with the team.
APRIL 11 • ROTOWIRE

Hinson scores a career-high 30 as the Jazz snap a 10-game skid with win over the Grizzlies

Blake Hinson scored a career-high 30 points, John Konchar and Bez Mbeng had triple-doubles, and the Utah Jazz beat the short-handed Memphis Grizzlies 147-101 on Friday night
APRIL 11 • Associated Press
Starting Sunday Tshiebwe is listed as a starter for Sunday's game against the Thunder.
Impact Tshiebwe will replace John Konchar in the first unit for Sunday's game, and it'll be Ace Bailey, Cody Williams, Brice Sensabaugh and Kyle Filipowski joining him in the starting lineup. As a starter this season, Tshiebwe has averaged 7.0 points and 6.0 rebounds per game.
APRIL 5 • ROTOWIRE
Not starting Friday Tshiebwe won't start Friday's game against the Rockets, Lachard Binkley of SI.com reports.
Impact John Konchar will run with the starters in Houston, pushing Tshiebwe back to the second unit. The big man has averaged 9.2 points, 7.6 rebounds and 2.2 assists in 18.4 minutes per contest over his last five appearances off the bench.
APRIL 3 • ROTOWIRE
Starting Wednesday Tshiebwe is in the Jazz's starting lineup against the Nuggets on Wednesday.
Impact Tshiebwe will make his third NBA start Wednesday and second of the season. He has hauled in at least six boards in each of his last seven outings, and over that span he has averaged 8.7 points, 7.1 rebounds and 1.7 assists over 16.9 minutes per game. He'll join Brice Sensabaugh, Ace Baily, Cody Williams and Kyle Filipowski in the starting five.
APRIL 2 • ROTOWIRE
Strong line off bench Tshiebwe totaled 16 points (6-8 FG, 4-6 FT), seven rebounds, two assists, two blocks and one steal in 28 minutes during Monday's 143-127 loss to the Raptors.
Impact The Jazz utilized just eight players Monday as the team continues to hold out key players left and right. This performance was an outlier for Tshiebwe, as he's averaging 9.0 points, 5.8 rebounds and 0.5 blocks in 16.2 minutes over his last four outings.
MARCH 24 • ROTOWIRE
Settling into key role Tshiebwe racked up nine points (3-5 FG, 3-6 FT), eight rebounds, one assist and three steals across 23 minutes during Sunday's 116-111 loss to Sacramento.
Impact The Jazz are getting an extended look at the two-way player at the NBA level down the stretch. Tshiebwe has averaged 7.0 points, 5.4 rebounds, 1.2 steals and 1.0 assists in 17.9 minutes per tilt in his last five games, shooting 57.7 percent from the field. With Jusuf Nurkic (nose) done for the year, Tshiebwe should continue pushing Kevin Love for the backup center role behind Kyle Filipowski.

Trail Blazers beat the Jazz 124-114 to close in on the Warriors for 9th in the West

Jrue Holiday and Scoot Henderson each scored 25 points, Donovan Clingan had 21 points and 15 rebounds and the Portland Trail Blazers beat the Utah Jazz 124-114 on Friday night
MARCH 14 • Associated Press
Retreating to bench Monday Tshiebwe is not in the starting lineup for Monday's game against the Warriors.
Impact Tshiebwe drew his first start of the season Saturday and turned in a respectable performance in 12 minutes of action, but the big man will retreat to the bench Monday as the Jazz roll out a lineup of Keyonte George, John Konchar, Brice Sensabaugh, Cody Williams and Kyle Filipowski. In eight appearances as a reserve this season, Tshiebwe is averaging 3.3 points and 3.9 rebounds across 10.8 minutes per contest.
MARCH 10 • ROTOWIRE
Starting vs. Milwaukee Tshiebwe will start against the Bucks on Saturday.
Impact Tshiebwe will make his first start of the season and just the second of his career Saturday. The two-way player has appeared in five games since the All-Star break, averaging 4.0 points and 4.4 rebounds in 11.2 minutes per showing over that stretch.
MARCH 8 • ROTOWIRE
Depth role continues Tshiebwe closed Saturday's 115-105 loss to New Orleans with zero points (0-1 FG) and three rebounds in nine minutes.
Impact Tshiebwe remained in the rotation Saturday and has now seen the court in four of Utah's past five games. However, three of those appearances have yielded no more than 10 minutes, an indication that he is still somewhat buried on the depth chart. His ability to rebound the basketball should at least have him on the radar as a potential streaming option, should his role increase as we near the end of the season.
MARCH 1 • ROTOWIRE
Grabs six boards in backup role Tshiebwe (concussion) tallied two points (1-2 FG) and six rebounds in 14 minutes off the bench in Friday's 123-114 loss to the Grizzlies.
Impact Tshiebwe exited the Jazz's final game before the All-Star break Feb. 12 against the Trail Blazers and landed in the concussion protocol, but he passed all testing and was cleared in advance of the team's first contest of the second half Friday. Though the two-way player has seen scarce action at the NBA level this season, he ended up serving as the primary backup to starting center Kyle Filipowski while the Jazz were without Lauri Markkanen (illness) and Jusuf Nurkic (nose) in the frontcourt. If Utah gets one of those two big men back for its next game Monday in Houston, Tshiebwe could fall back out of the rotation.
FEBRUARY 21 • ROTOWIRE
Available Friday Tshiebwe (concussion) is available for Friday's game against the Grizzlies.
Impact Tshiebwe will shed his questionable tag and suit up Friday after being placed in the league's concussion protocol during Utah's Feb. 12 loss to Portland. The two-way player isn't guaranteed to see significant burn but could enter the rotation with Lauri Markkanen (illness) doubtful and Jusuf Nurkic (nose) joining Jaren Jackson (knee) on the sidelines.
FEBRUARY 20 • ROTOWIRE
Questionable to face Memphis Tshiebwe (concussion) is questionable for Friday's game against the Grizzlies.
Impact Tshiebwe was put in the league's concussion protocol during last Thursday's loss to Portland but could return immediately after the All-Star break. Even if he's cleared to play, the two-way player isn't guaranteed to see significant burn.
FEBRUARY 19 • ROTOWIRE

Holiday and Clingan boost Trail Blazers to 135-119 win over Jazz

Jrue Holiday scored a season-high 31 points and Donovan Clingan added 23 points and 18 rebounds as the Portland Trail Blazers beat Utah 135-119, hours after the Jazz lost Jaren Jac...
FEBRUARY 13 • Associated Press
Won't return Thursday Tshiebwe won't return to Thursday's game against Portland after being placed in concussion protocol.
Impact Tshiebwe went to the locker room during the first half to receive stitches, and the team will shut him down for the evening after reporting that he's entered the league's concussion protocol. He'll have over a week to recover, as the Jazz won't take the court again until after the All-Star break.
FEBRUARY 13 • ROTOWIRE
Suffers laceration above eye Tshiebwe suffered a laceration that required stitches above his eye and is questionable to return to Thursday's game against Portland.
Impact Tshiebwe went to the locker room during the first half, and the team has since reported that he's receiving stitches. John Konchar and Blake Hinson could pick up a few extra minutes in the second half if Tshiebew is unable to return.
FEBRUARY 13 • ROTOWIRE
Inks two-way deal with Utah Tshiebwe signed a one-year, two-way contract with the Jazz on Monday, Keith Smith of Spotrac.com reports.
Impact Tshiebwe will be on a two-way deal with Utah for the second straight season. He played in 14 regular-season games with the squad during the 2024-25 campaign, averaging 7.6 points and 8.7 rebounds across 18.2 minutes per game, shooting 60 percent from the field.
AUGUST 19, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Excels off the bench in finale Tshiebwe closed Sunday's 116-105 loss to the Timberwolves with 18 points (7-8 FG, 4-5 FT), 12 rebounds, two assists, one block and three steals across 25 minutes.
Impact Tshiebwe finished the season with the parent club after spending most of the season with the Salt Lake City Stars. Tshiebwe was one of the best players in the developmental league this season with 37 double-doubles. He joins Micah Potter as a promising frontcourt addition waiting to make a bigger impact next season.
APRIL 14, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Returning to bench Monday Tshiebwe is not in Utah's starting lineup against Charlotte on Monday, Sam Perley of the Hornets' official site reports.
Impact Tshiebwe made his first NBA start Friday against the Nuggets and finished with seven points, 10 rebounds, one assist and one steal over 26 minutes in a 129-93 loss. He'll come off the bench Monday while Kyle Filipowski starts at center.
MARCH 31, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Double-digit boards in first start Tshiebwe accumulated seven points (2-5 FG, 3-3 FT), 10 rebounds, one assist and one steal over 26 minutes during Friday's 129-93 loss to the Nuggets.
Impact Making his first career NBA start, Tshiebwe pulled down double-digit boards for the fourth time in six March appearances. The second-year center has bounced between the Jazz and the G League Salt Lake City Stars all month, but he's been useful for Utah when given the opportunity, averaging 6.7 points and 8.7 rebounds in 17.8 minutes during those six contests while shooting 55.2 percent from the floor.
MARCH 29, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Getting first NBA start Friday Tshiebwe is in the Jazz's starting lineup against the Nuggets on Friday.
Impact With both Walker Kessler (illness) and Lauri Markkanen (rest) out, Tshiebwe will make the first start of his NBA career Friday. Tshiebwe has appeared in two of Utah's last five games but has spent most of the season in the G League with the Salt Lake City Stars, where he has averaged 17.1 points on 59.4 percent shooting, 19.1 rebounds, 3.1 assists, 2.0 steals and 1.0 blocks over 32.4 minutes per game.
MARCH 29, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Rejoins parent club The Jazz recalled Tshiebwe from the G League's Salt Lake City Stars on Tuesday, Andy Larsen of The Salt Lake Tribune reports.
Impact After registering 22 points, 23 rebounds, five assists, two steals and two blocks in Sunday's 110-108 G league loss to the Austin Spurs, Tshiebwe will provide the Jazz with frontcourt depth for Tuesday's game against Memphis in the absences of Lauri Markkanen (illness) and John Collins (ankle). Tshiebwe has averaged 5.4 points, 7.8 rebounds and 0.8 steals in 14.8 minutes over eight games with Utah this season.
