Impact Louzada will make his first start of the year in Sunday's regular-season finale. He's averaged 5.0 points and 2.0 rebounds in 17.2 minutes per game across his last six appearances.

Impact After a prolonged absence while he recovered from the left knee surgery he underwent Feb. 4, Louzada has suited up in three straight games for the Trail Blazers, playing between 11 and 17 minutes in all of those contests. With Portland having already shut down several key players for the season, Louzada should stick in the rotation for Portland's final four contests of 2021-22, though he likely won't see much of an uptick in playing time.

Since making the jump from Australia to the NBA late in the 2020-21 season, Louzada made only five appearances for the Pelicans. Impact Louzada suffered the injury while playing for the G League's Birmingham Squadron in mid-January. The surgery was likely delayed due to a stint in the NBA's health and safety protocols at the end of January, but he appears to have tested out and should be able to rehab at team facilities.
