Delivers 22 points off bench Beasley posted 22 points (8-14 FG, 3-9 3Pt, 3-5 FT), two rebounds and one assist across 34 minutes during Friday's 122-121 victory over Atlanta.

Impact Beasley had knocked down four of 21 attempts from the field in his previous two contests heading into Friday's matchup, so it was a positive sign to see him turn things around offensively by pouring in a season-high 22 points. He led the bench unit in scoring by hitting 57.1 percent of his attempts from the field in the win. It's been tough sledding in the early part of the 2024-25 campaign for Beasley, as he's failed to produce in the scoring column on a consistent basis, which is one of the only draws for fantasy managers.

Strong showing off bench Beasley recorded 14 points (5-13 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 2-3 FT), three rebounds and one assist across 28 minutes during Wednesday's 115-109 loss to the Pacers.

Impact Beasley made his Pistons debut off the bench, and while his efficiency numbers weren't very good, he delivered offense in the second unit, which is the role he's expected to have as long as Jaden Ivey remains in the starting lineup next to Cade Cunningham in the backcourt. Beasley can be counted on to provide points and three-pointers in most formats, but his fantasy upside won't be very high if he keeps coming off the bench.

Not starting Friday Beasley will play a reserve role in Friday's tilt against the Suns, Shane Young of Forbes.com reports.

Impact Beasley and Tim Hardaway have each gotten one start at small forward in Detroit's first two exhibition contests. The latter will get the nod Friday. Beasley projects to be one of the first players, and a spark, off the bench for the Pistons once the regular-season tips off.

Gets starting nod Beasley is in the starting five for Tuesday's preseason game versus the Suns, Omari Sankofa II of the Detroit Free Press reports.

Impact Beasley will replace Tim Hardaway in the starting lineup Tuesday after coming off the bench in Detroit's preseason opener. Beasley started in 77 of his 79 appearances for Milwaukee last season before signing a one-year deal with the Pistons this offseason.

OCTOBER 8, 2024 • ROTOWIRE

Headed to Motor City Beasley plans to sign a one-year, $6 million-plus deal with the Pistons, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.

Impact After one season with the Bucks, during which Beasley averaged 11.3 points, 3.7 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 79 regular-season games, he will head to the Pistons on a short-term deal. The 27-year-old has become known as a sharpshooter, and he averaged a career-high 41.3 percent from deep last season. Detroit has made it its mission to get Cade Cunningham veteran aid and shooting, and Beasley will have a chance to provide that for the young club.
