INJURIES

Plays garbage time in return Battle (illness) played the final 4:31 of Friday's 128-96 win over the Grizzlies, finishing with two points (1-1 FG) and one rebound.
Impact After missing Toronto's previous three games while recovering from an ailment, Battle was cleared to return to action but wasn't part of the rotation while the game was competitive. All of his playing time came in the fourth quarter, when Toronto had already built an insurmountable lead. Head coach Darko Rajakovic appears set to prioritize A.J. Lawson ahead of Battle for the ninth spot in his rotation while Immanuel Quickley (foot) remains sidelined indefinitely.
APRIL 4 • ROTOWIRE
Available Friday Battle (illness) is available for Friday's game versus Memphis, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports.
Impact After missing Toronto's past three contests due to an illness, Battle is ready to return to the floor Friday. With the Raptors frontcourt completely healthy, Battle isn't a lock to see meaningful playing time.
APRIL 3 • ROTOWIRE
Iffy for Friday Battle (illness) is questionable for Friday's game against Memphis.
Impact Battle has been upgraded to day-to-day after missing the past three games for Toronto. He's usually an emergency depth piece for the Raptors.
APRIL 2 • ROTOWIRE
Out again Wednesday Battle (illness) is out for Wednesday's game against the Kings.
Impact Battle will be sidelined for a third straight contest, with his next chance to play coming Friday against Memphis.
APRIL 1 • ROTOWIRE
Ruled out for Tuesday Battle (not injury related) is out for Tuesday's game against the Pistons.
Impact After missing Sunday's win over Orlando due to an illness, Battle is now listed as out due to not being with the team. It's unknown if the forward will be able to rejoin the Raptors on Wednesday, when they take on the Kings. Battle's absence Tuesday should free up a few extra minutes for Sandro Mamukelashvili in the frontcourt.
MARCH 30 • ROTOWIRE
Not playing Sunday Battle has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Orlando due to an illness, Esfandiar Baraheni of The Athletic reports.
Impact It looks like Battle came down with an illness over the weekend. It'll prevent him from playing Sunday, and he'll look to recover enough to be available for Tuesday's road contest against the Pistons. Gradey Dick and Ja'Kobe Walter should both see a slight uptick in minutes in Battle's absence.
MARCH 29 • ROTOWIRE
Scores 17 off bench Battle produced 17 points (6-9 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 1-2 FT), four rebounds and two assists over 23 minutes during Monday's 143-127 win over the Jazz.
Impact Battle reached 17 points for just the second time this season, taking advantage of some extra minutes with the Raptors resting some key players. Over his last seven games, he's averaging 5.6 points, 1.9 rebounds and 1.3 three-pointers in 12.7 minutes per contest.

Non-factor again in loss Battle registered two points (1-1 FG) over six minutes during Wednesday's 110-107 loss to the Spurs.
Impact Despite appearing in the boxscore on most nights, Battle continues to play very few minutes. In eight appearances over the past month, he has averaged just 1.4 points in 6.9 minutes, leaving him well outisde the top 400 in nine-category leagues.
FEBRUARY 26 • ROTOWIRE
Raptors must listen to what Brandon Ingram recently said about this player Brandon Ingram says Jamison Battle is the Raptors' best shooter. It's time he gets more minutes to prove it.
FEBRUARY 24 • RAPTORSRAPTURE.COM
Returns to parent club Toronto recalled Battle from the G League's Raptors 905 on Saturday.
Impact Battle will be back with the NBA squad following a short period in the G League, where he played one game against the Windy City Bulls, racking up 22 points, eight assists and five rebounds over 36 minutes. He's expected to resume a bench role for Toronto in Sunday's visit to Milwaukee, but he can hardly be relied on for more than his averages of 3.1 points, 1.4 rebounds and 0.4 assists per contest during the current NBA season.
FEBRUARY 22 • ROTOWIRE
Used sparingly again Friday Battle ended Friday's 110-98 victory over Portland with three points (1-1 FG, 1-1 3Pt) across nine minutes.
Impact Battle logged single-digit minutes for the third time in the past four games, continuing to serve as a depth piece for the Raptors. While he has been able to carve out a somewhat consistent role, his playing time is typically underwhelming, averaging just 8.8 minutes per game through 34 appearances.

Good to go vs. Lakers Battle (ankle) is available for Sunday's game against the Lakers, Dave McMenamin of ESPN.com reports.
Impact Battle didn't play against the Clippers on Friday due to a left ankle sprain, but the second-year pro has been cleared to play Sunday. He should enjoy an expanded role in the rotation due to the absences of RJ Barrett (ankle) and Ja'Kobe Walter (hip).
JANUARY 19 • ROTOWIRE
Upgraded to probable Battle (ankle) has been upgraded to probable for Sunday's game against the Lakers.
Impact Battle was previously listed as questionable due to a left ankle sprain, though it now appears likely that he'll return to action after missing Friday's loss to the Clippers. Over five appearances this month (one start), the 24-year-old forward has averaged 3.4 points and 2.0 rebounds in 12.6 minutes per tilt.
JANUARY 18 • ROTOWIRE
Iffy for Sunday Battle (ankle) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Lakers, Josh Lewenberg of TSN.ca reports.
Impact Battle is still dealing with a left ankle sprain and could miss his second straight outing. If the 24-year-old forward joins RJ Barrett (ankle), Jakob Poeltl (back) and Ja'Kobe Walter (hip) on the sidelines, Gradey Dick, Ochai Agbaji and Collin Murray-Boyles would be candidates for increased playing time, while Alijah Martin could remain in the Toronto rotation.
JANUARY 18 • ROTOWIRE
Downgraded to out Battle (ankle) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Clippers, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports.
Impact As expected, Battle has been downgraded from doubtful to out. With multiple players sidelined for Toronto recently, Gradey Dick has stepped his game up, notching his first career double-double during Wednesday's win over the Pacers.
JANUARY 16 • ROTOWIRE
Doubtful for Friday Battle (ankle) is doubtful for Friday's game against the Clippers, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports.
Impact Battle, who is averaging 12.3 minutes over his last five appearances, picked up his right ankle sprain Wednesday and it looks like it will force him to the shelf. That could open things up a bit more for someone like Ochai Agbaji.
JANUARY 15 • ROTOWIRE
Won't return Wednesday Battle has been ruled out for the remainder of Wednesday's game against Indiana due to a right ankle sprain, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports.
Impact It's unclear how exactly Battle picked up the injury, but he'll be held out the rest of the way because of it. He'll finish the game with five points (2-4 FG, 1-2 3Pt), three rebounds, and one assist across 20 minutes. His absence should mean more opportunities for Gradey Dick and Ochai Agbaji. Battle's next chance to play will come Friday against the Clippers.
JANUARY 15 • ROTOWIRE
Starting Wednesday Battle is in the starting lineup for Wednesday's matchup with the Pacers, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports.
Impact Battle is getting a spot-start with Immanuel Quickley (back) unavailable, and he'll be joined in the first unit by Jamal Shead, Brandon Ingram, Scottie Barnes and Collin Murray-Boyles. In his previous start this season, Battle finished with four points, one rebound and one turnover in 11 minutes.
JANUARY 14 • ROTOWIRE
Sticks in rotation Battle produced three points (1-2 FG, 1-2 3Pt) and two rebounds over eight minutes during Monday's 115-102 loss to the 76ers.
Impact Battle remained in the rotation, suiting up for the fourth straight game. Although he has been seeing the floor over the past week, his production leaves a lot to be desired, averaging 3.0 points and 1.8 rebounds during that time.

Limited minutes Thursday Battle (ankle) recorded zero points (0-2 FG, 0-2 3Pt), two rebounds and one assist across five minutes in Thursday's 111-105 win over the Bucks.
Impact Battle saw his first action since Dec. 5, after a left ankle sprain had kept him out for two games before he was cleared to play Monday. He ultimately went unused in a coach's decision in the Raptors' eventual 106-96 win over the Heat that day, but Battle was able to get some light run in the rotation Thursday while Toronto was without Jakob Poeltl (back) and RJ Barrett (knee). One or both of those players could be ready to play in the Raptors' next game Saturday versus the Celtics, so Battle may soon find himself back outside of the rotation.
DECEMBER 19, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Cleared to play Monday Battle (ankle) is available for Monday's game against the Heat, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports.
Impact As expected, Battle will shed his probable tag and return from a two-game absence due to a sprained left ankle. Over his last five appearances (one start), the 24-year-old forward has averaged 4.4 points and 2.0 rebounds in 11.4 minutes per tilt.
DECEMBER 15, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Tabbed probable Battle (ankle) is probable for Monday's game against the Heat, Josh Lewenberg of TSN Sports reports.
Impact Battle is on track to return from a two-game absence due to a sprained left ankle. The second-year wing has appeared in 17 games this season, averaging 3.9 points and 1.4 rebounds across 8.1 minutes.
