Impact Wood's lingering hamstring injury will prevent him from seeing the court for a second straight matchup. Alperen Sengun is also nursing a knee injury, so Usman Garuba may be in line for a spot start Wednesday versus the Kings. The center may be able to return in time for the Rockets' next contest versus the Kings on Friday if everything goes as planned.

Impact Houston's rookie first-round picks are certainly surging late in the season, as both Christopher and Jalen Green are enjoying increased usage and production. In the case of Christopher, he enjoyed a spike in playing time Monday with both Eric Gordon (groin) and Dennis Schroder (shoulder) sitting out. The two veterans are candidates to get shut down for the rest of the season as the Rockets prioritize younger players in their rebuild, so Christopher could be a sneaky source of fantasy value down the stretch.

Impact Porter and Jalen Green did all they could to notch a win and the Rockets looked much better than their 20-56 record might indicate. Although Porter could only muster three long-range makes in 10 attempts, his peripheral numbers were excellent, helping to pad his fantasy total.

Impact Green is on an insane three-game run, averaging 26.0 points, 4.3 rebounds and 2.0 assists over that span. The rookie No. 2 overall selection is looking like a sound investment for the Rockets, who will try to find another playmaker to pair with Green in the draft this summer.

Impact Sengun appeared to have suffered the injury earlier in the contest, which made him unavailable down the stretch. He'll be considered day-to-day until the team provides another update on his status.

The third-year guard finished with his first double-double since posting a 10-point, 10-assist performance against the Lakers on March 10. Porter is enjoying a strong month of March with per-game averages of 14.9 points, 5.9 assists, 4.1 boards and 2.4 three-pointers.
