Impact Augustin was the No. 9 overall pick by the Charlotte Bobcats in 2008 and was named to the All-Rookie Second Team. He played for 10 different franchises over 14 seasons, holding career averages of 5.3 points and 1.6 assists per game. Augustin last played in the NBA during the 2021-22 campaign, when he made 55 total regular-season appearances split between the Lakers and Rockets.

Augustin is shooting an impressive 68.6 percent from the field over his past eight contests, and he has averaged 2.3 three-pointers over that stretch. However, his counting stats of 8.3 points, 1.4 boards and 1.1 assists during that span don't give him much fantasy appeal.

Augustin is a breath of fresh air for a Los Angeles squad that hovers near the bottom-third of the league in three-point shooting percentage. He can have streaming appeal if the Lakers are ever shorthanded.
