Impact Zizic isn't scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent until after the 2019-20 season officially concludes, but because the Cavaliers aren't one of the 22 teams heading to Orlando for the resumption of the campaign, the 23-year-old was allowed to field offers outside of the league. While the monetary terms of his deal with Real Madrid aren't known, it's safe to say that Zizic will be in store for a more lucrative contract that he would have fetched in the NBA after he frequently found himself outside of the rotation for a 19-46 Cavaliers squad. At 23 years old, Zizic certainly has time to revisit a return to North America at a later date, though as a traditional back-to-basket center who struggles to block shots and lacks three-point range, he's a less-than-ideal fit in the modern NBA.
