Impact Despite being announced as a 2025 driver for McLaren back in the summer of 2024, Lundgaard finished last season with Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing. The new McLaren driver said he doesn't want to waste time getting up to speed in his new surroundings, and expects to race competitively from the start at St. Petersburg. His previous best St. Pete finish was ninth in 2023, and his first series victory came on another street course that same year in Toronto.
