Runner-up Finish at Marina Bay Circuit Leclerc finished second in the Singapore Grand Prix Formula 1 race at the Marina Bay Circuit on Sunday.

Impact Leclerc would get a great launch at the lights out and immediately challenge Max Verstappen for the lead. He could not overtake the Red Bull star and would tuck in behind him to conclude the opening lap. Leclerc began to fall back up to 4-seconds by lap 18. Despite a push late in the race, his Ferrari didn't have the pace to track down Verstappen and Leclerc would finish over 7-seconds back of him at the finish. It was his fifth podium of the season and first since Spa.

Recovery Drive at Sepang Leclerc finished fourth in the Bahrain Grand Prix in Malaysia Formula 1 race at the Sepang International Circuit on Sunday.

Impact The race would start in wet conditions due to a lengthy downpour that would delay the start. Ferrari would make a tactical error and deploy Leclerc for the start on soft tyres. Lap 1 contact with Nico Hulkenberg would force Leclerc to pit for a new front wing and intermediate tyres that would grip better in the wet conditions. He would tumble to last place as a result. Leclerc would begin his recovery drive, aided by a lap 9 safety car. He would break back inside the Top 10 on lap 23 and stay there the remainder of the race. A late overtake of Isack Hadjar would reward Leclerc with P4 in Malaysia.

Fast Second Practice Leclerc ended second practice at the Bahrain Grand Prix in Malaysia on top, the Ferrari racer going fastest from Isack Hadjar and Lando Norris, Formula1.com reports.

Impact After opening practice and some time to familiarize themselves with the Sepang International Circuit, lap times would drop in this second session on Friday. The threat of rain would also put some urgency in the laps. Leclerc and the Ferraris would show improved pace in this session. He would turn in a lap of 1:37.528 and edge Hadjar by one-tenth to lead this second practice. Leclerc has been just missing podiums in recent races and will look forward to getting back on the podium this weekend at the Sepang International Circuit.

Fight Back to P4 Leclerc finished fourth in the Azerbaijan Grand Prix Formula 1 race at the Baku Street Circuit on Saturday afternoon.

Impact Leclerc would start P2 and fall under assault right after the lights out. He would dip to fifth-place by lap 4 as Oscar Piastri, Isack Hadjar and Max Verstappen would all overtake the Ferrari star. A series of two safety car periods at mid-race would allow Leclerc to get in some quick pit stops. He would claw his way back to P4 by the checkered flag and just miss making the podium in Azerbaijan.

Leclerc would take advantage of a lap 15 VSC to stay out and take the lead while other pitted for fresh tyres. The move would put him in the lead for much of the race and he'd lead a race-high 32 laps. However, he would have to stop on lap 48 and would slip to P4. Leclerc would hold down that spot until the checkered flag for the strong finish in Madrid.

Crash and DNF at Monza Leclerc crashed and finished 22nd in the Italian Grand Prix Formula 1 race at the Monza Circuit on Sunday afternoon.

Impact An opening lap battle with Lewis Hamilton would propel Leclerc forward. However, the hopes for a podium finish would soon evaporate. On lap 2 the Ferrari star would be exiting Parabolica when his tyres would touch the green painted region outside the curbing. Leclerc's car would snap loose and shoot straight through the turn and into the tyre barriers in front of the outside wall. The heavy impact would bring his race to an end and Leclerc would become the first retirement of the day.

However, Leclerc would turn in a lap of 1:23.008 on medium tyres that would hold up the full session. Leclerc would be almost two-tenths clear of Hamilton and three-tenths clear of Russell to lead the timing sheets. The Ferrari star looks poised to challenge for the win in Sunday's Italian Grand Prix.

Impact Leclerc would roll off P2 on the starting grid after Lewis Hamilton's 3-spot grid penalty. He would start on soft tyres and get off the line slowly at the lights out. Leclerc would slip to P5 by the end of lap 1. From there, it would be a constant fight to regain lost ground. Leclerc would run an isolated race and unable to challenge the leaders. He would cross the finish line in fifth-place but promote to P4 after Hamilton's 5-second penalty for speeding in pit lane.

He would beat out Verstappen by a half-second to lead this opening session. His Ferrari team will sort out what happened to bring Leclerc's car to a stop but it is encouraging to see him lead the FP1 pace for this weekend's Hungarian Grand Prix.

Impact The Ferrari star started fourth on the grid and quickly entered into a battle with Max Verstappen for P2. He would secure that spot and then battle with Oscar Piastri on lap 8. The two would make contract with Piastri receiving damage from the incident. Leclerc would continue on and gamble on a long opening stint. A lap 20 VSC would give him a perfect opportunity to pit and lose very little time. That would put Leclerc in the lead until lap 34 when Kimi Antonelli would run him down late. Impact Leclerc snapped a 37-race winless streak with a supreme performance Sunday at Silverstone. The Ferrari star would make a great launch at the lights out and would get around Kimi Antonelli for the lead. That would set the tone for the day in the British GP. Leclerc would fall under threat from Antonelli late the race but the Mercedes youngster would suffer a wheel shield failure that would hamper his pace. Leclerc would then cruise to the finish that would occur under the safety car due to Max Verstappen's late-race spin into the gravel at Stowe.

Fade at Red Bull Ring Leclerc finished eighth in the Austrian Grand Prix Formula 1 race at the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg on Sunday afternoon.

Impact Despite a P2 start on the grid, Leclerc would experience all types of problems Sunday in Spielberg. He would battle tyre overheating and severe tyre degradation throughout the event. it was so bad that he would actually execute a three-stop strategy due to tyre wear. Those problems would be compounded by mid-race contact with Oscar Piastri and front wing damage to Leclerc's Ferrari. Leclerc could not recover and would fade to P8 by the checkered flag.

Mechanical Failure Leclerc suffered a mechanical failure and finished 15th in the Barcelona-Catalunya Grand Prix F1 race at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya on Sunday.

Impact A mistake in the final round of qualifying would put Leclerc P10 on the starting grid. The Ferrari star would begin his drive through the field right after the lights out. The opening lap would see him climb to P7 in a strong charge to the front. Leclerc would look set to collect a strong sixth-place finish, however, his Ferrari would lose hydraulics on lap 62 and he would become the last retirement of the day in Barcelona. Leclerc will look to rebound next round out in Austria.

Crash and DNF in Monaco Leclerc crashed and finished 17th in the Monaco Grand Prix Formula 1 race at The Circuit de Monaco on Sunday afternoon.

Impact Leclerc would suffer a big heartbreak in Monaco on Sunday afternoon. He would start fourth on the grid and quickly move into podium position as Max Verstappen failed to start on the opening lap. Leclerc would still be holding down podium position later in the race but the restart after the Lance Stroll crash would see Leclerc lock up and fail to exit the final corner, nosing hard into the barriers. The Ferrari's brakes failed and ended Leclerc's day with a DNF in Monaco.

Impact Leclerc has had plenty of success since joining the Scuderia in 2019. He has noteworthy wins at Monza and Monaco and he's now second for most team appearances behind Michael Schumacher. The team inked Leclerc to a new multi-year deal with the goal still being an eventual world championship. The 28-year-old driver still has a lot of good racing ahead of him and Ferrari made sure it will happen for them.
