Pulled with apparent injury Neto was pulled from Wednesday's game against St. Louis after suffering an apparent injury, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.

Impact Neto appeared to take a pitch to his right hand on a bunt attempt during the fifth inning. He remained in the game to finish his at-bat, but was pulled before the bottom of the frame. He should be considered day-to-day until more information is available.

Impact The pair of doubles were the first extra-base knocks of Neto's career, as the rookie shortstop had gone 1-for-16 with a base hit through his first four games. Neto's slow start at the dish has resulted in him quickly being dropped from the leadoff spot and moved to the bottom of the order, but the 22-year-old still remains a promising fantasy commodity.
