Impact Perez drew a walk and struck out before being pulled from the game in the fourth inning. He'll presumably undergo further testing to determine the severity of his injury, and Bligh Madris, who entered as Perez's replacement, could be in line for more outfield reps if the 24-year-old outfielder is forced to miss any more time.
