Jose Siri - Swipes seventh bag Siri went 1-for-4 with a run scored and a stolen base in Wednesday's 3-2 win over the Blue Jays.
Impact The former Astro struck out three times but he made his one successful plate appearance count, stealing second base after a leadoff single in the sixth inning and then coming home with the winning run on a David Peralta knock. Siri has started two straight games in center field since being acquired by Tampa Bay, but he's gone 1-for-7 with five Ks and figured to fall into a bench role once Manuel Margot (knee) is ready to come off the injured list -- something that's on track to happen later this month.

Jason Adam - Nails down fifth save Adam struck out two in a perfect ninth inning Wednesday to record his fifth save of the season in a 3-2 win over the Blue Jays.
Impact The 30-year-old right-hander continues to be a key member of the Rays' late-inning committee. Adam has picked up three saves and five holds in 13 appearances since the beginning of July while being scored upon only once in that stretch, posting a 0.75 ERA, 0.42 WHIP and 18:0 K:BB over his last 12 innings.

Ryan Yarbrough - Sharp as bulk reliever Yarbrough didn't factor into then decision in Wednesday's 3-2 win over the Blue Jays, tossing four innings of relief and allowing one run on one hit and one walk with two strikeout...
Impact Jalen Beeks got the nod as the opener before Yarbrough entered the game in the second inning, and aside from a solo shot by Teoscar Hernandez in the fourth, the lefty shut down a potent Toronto offense completely. Yarbrough has been much improved since rejoining the Rays' staff just before the All-Star break, posting a 3.26 ERA, 0.98 WHIP and 16:3 K:BB through 19.1 innings over his last four appearances (two starts), but he has yet to get into the win column since his return to the majors.

Teoscar Hernández - Belts 15th homer Hernandez went 2-for-4 with a double and a home run and two RBI in Wednesday's 3-2 loss to the Rays.
Impact He was the only Toronto hitter to have any real success on the afternoon, as the rest of the Blue Jays managed only two hits combined. Hernandez is batting .295 since the beginning of July with seven of his 15 homers on the season, in addition to two steals, 17 runs and 20 RBI through 28 games.

Vladimir Guerrero Jr. - Staying busy on basepaths Guerrero went 1-for-4 with a stolen base in Wednesday's 3-2 loss to the Rays.
Impact All of a sudden, the 23-year-old slugger is a five-category threat. Guerrero has four steals on the season, and all of them have come in the last seven games. He also extended his hitting streak to 14 games with Wednesday's performance, a stretch in which he's batting .418 (23-for-55) with seven doubles, a homer, seven RBI and 13 runs.

Yusei Kikuchi - Fans five in no-decision Kikuchi didn't factor into the decision in Wednesday's 3-2 loss to the Rays, giving up two runs on three hits and a walk over four innings. He struck out five.
Impact The southpaw put together a solid line but got the hook after 74 pitches (44 strikes), as Toronto interim manager John Schneider didn't want him to face the Tampa Bay batting order for a third time. Kikuchi has been solid in two starts since returning from the IL, allowing three runs in nine innings with a 10:2 K:BB, but his 4.86 ERA on the season remains lackluster.
