Kodai Senga - Resuming assignment Thursday Senga (spine/arm) will resume his rehab assignment at Double-A Binghamton on Thursday, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.

Impact Senga was originally slated to make his fourth rehab appearance Tuesday but was scratched due to ulnar nerve irritation. Now seemingly past the issue, he'll return to minor-league action Thursday and continue his journey back from lumbar spine inflammation, which has kept him on the injured list since late April. It's unknown how close Senga is to returning to the Mets' rotation, though a strong showing Thursday would likely go a long way toward shortening his stay on the IL.

Jordan Walker - Breakout campaign continues Walker went 2-for-5 with a three-run home run and an additional RBI in Wednesday's 9-2 win over the Mets.

Impact Walker extended his hitting streak to seven games and his RBI streak to five outings Wednesday. The 24-year-old right fielder has five multi-hit efforts during that former stretch as well. The 27-year-old right-hander continues to be a strong source of length in the Cardinals' rotation, working at least five innings in all but one of his 13 starts so far.
