Jacob Waguespack - Back with Milwaukee Waguespack and the Brewers agreed on a minor-league contract Sunday.

Impact Waguespack was briefly a free agent after being released by the Brewers on May 5, but he quickly returned to the organization. The 32-year-old will likely return to Triple-A Nashville after a stop with the team's Arizona Complex League squad. Waguespack has produced a 2.40 ERA and 1.20 WHIP with 22 strikeouts over 15 innings in 10 appearances with Nashville this season.

Brice Turang - Strong campaign continues Turang went 1-for-2 with a double, one RBI, two runs scored and two walks in Thursday's 7-1 win over San Diego.

Impact Turang has now hit safely in 11 of his last 13 outings, also riding a four-game RBI streak. The second baseman has been a five-category fantasy producer thus far, slashing .298/.422/.511 with six home runs, 27 RBI, 33 runs scored and eight stolen bases across 175 plate appearances. Turang's .933 OPS is well on pace to be a career high, having never finished above .800 in this area.

Impact Yelich missed a second straight start Thursday against the Padres due to a back injury. He's got a long history of back problems, and the Brewers will see how he feels when he gets to the ballpark Friday before they make a decision on Yelich's status. If Yelich needs another IL stint -- he just returned from a groin injury Tuesday -- Andrew Vaughn would receive an uptick in playing time.
