Impact Harper has increased is throwing up to 120 feet, but as Seidman notes the Phillies are being cautious with the left-handed slugger. Since coming off the injured list Harper has hit an impressive .347/.437/.547 with three homers and two stolen bases, and fantasy GMs will continue to get his bat in the lineup everyday. He just won't gain a new position of eligibility until the end of July at the earliest.

Cal Stevenson - Claimed off waivers by Philly Philadelphia claimed Stevenson off waivers from the Giants on Friday and optioned him to Triple-A Lehigh Valley.
Impact Stevenson was designated for assignment by San Francisco last week after going 0-for-12 in the majors and 8-for-49 (.163) at the team's Triple-A affiliate. The 26-year-old outfielder is a career .145/.259/.188 hitter in 83 plate appearances at the MLB level.
