Moved to 60-day IL The Dodgers transferred Frasso (undisclosed) to the 60-day injured list Saturday.

Impact It's unknown what kind of injury Frasso is currently dealing with, but his move to the 60-day IL will open up a spot on the 40-man roster for Andrew Heaney, whose contract was selected by the Dodgers in a corresponding move. Frasso spent the entire season at Triple-A Oklahoma City, logging a 5.49 ERA and 1.58 WHIP across 77 innings.

Optioned to minor-league camp Frasso was optioned to minor-league camp by the Dodgers on Sunday.

Impact Frasso is fully recovered from the shoulder and hip issues that forced him to miss the entirety of the 2024 campaign. The right-hander appeared in two games this spring with Los Angeles, including a start, pitching two scoreless innings while allowing two walks and striking out two batters. He'll look to impress with Triple-A Oklahoma City in order to earn a shot with the big-league roster down the road in 2025.

Looks healthy heading into 2025 Frasso (shoulder) threw a bullpen session Wednesday, Noah Camras of DodgersNation.com reports.

Impact For the second spring training in a row, Frasso is part of the Dodgers' 40-man roster, but he's participating in big-league camp this time around after he was held out of action for all of 2024 while recovering from November 2023 surgery to repair the labrum in his right shoulder as well as the cleanup procedure he required a few months later on his hip labrum. The 26-year-old righty wasn't cleared to play in the Arizona Fall League as hoped, but he doesn't appear to be operating with any restrictions during spring training. Frasso has two minor-league options remaining and will likely be part of the Triple-A Oklahoma City rotation to begin the 2025 season.
