David Peterson - Day-to-day with foot bruisePeterson has been diagnosed with a left foot contusion and is considered day-to-day, Abbey Mastracco of the New York Daily News reports.
ImpactPeterson's X-rays on his left foot came back inconclusive, and he underwent a CT scan Sunday. The left-hander was struck in the foot during Saturday's Grapefruit League appearance against the Marlins before exiting. Peterson may need to miss a few days while recovering from the bruise, but barring a setback he should be ready to go for the start of the regular season.

ImpactQuintana threw one inning of work before exiting the contest with the injury. The left-hander will have tests done Monday. Quintana is currently scheduled to participate with Colombia in the World Baseball Classic, but his participation could now be in doubt.

ImpactNimmo has been eased along in Mets camp this spring, but there are no injury concerns at the moment. The 29-year-old re-upped with New York in December on an eight-year, $162 million pact.
