Gets minors deal with White Sox
Fisher agreed to a minor-league deal with the White Sox on Tuesday, Robert Murray of FanSided.com reports.
Impact
A 26-year-old southpaw who made his MLB debut with the Mets last season, Fisher had a 4.34 ERA and 1.48 WHIP working primarily as a starter at Triple-A. He could get a camp invite from Chicago.

Designated for assignment
Fisher was designated for assignment Monday, Mike Puma of the New York Post reports.
Impact
Fisher threw three scoreless innings in his big-league debut Sunday, but that was not enough for him to retain a spot on both the Mets' active and 40-man rosters. Should Fisher go unclaimed on waivers he could remain in the organization, however.

Three scoreless in MLB debut
Fisher made his MLB debut Sunday, pitching three scoreless innings in relief against the Phillies. He allowed one hit and two walks while striking out one.
Impact
While there isn't much to take away from this fantasy-wise, it was a remarkable performance for Fisher and the Mets. The 26-year-old lefty kept the Mets in the game after they'd fallen behind for a second time, and he did so despite the fact that he had been out of baseball entirely and working a finance job in Omaha just last year. Fisher's stay in the majors may not be a long one, though, as he's put up poor numbers in Triple-A (1.45 WHIP, 6.4 K/9, 4.2 BB/9) this season and wasn't exactly dominant Sunday despite the positive outcome.
