Impact Assuming he does return Tuesday for the Marlins, Sanchez will end up missing just a little over two weeks while recovering from his hamstring strain. The outfielder will assuredly be a regular in right field once back with the club, and he's hit .290 with a .914 OPS in his 69 at-bats over 29 games.

Michael Stefanic - Sporting season-long on-base streak Stefanic is slashing .331/.438/.416 through 42 games this season with Triple-A Salt Lake, and he's reached base in every contest in which he's played.

Impact Stefanic's on-base streak is actually at 51 extending back to last season, when he hit .314 with a .422 on-base percentage for the Triple-A club. The 27-year-old has proven to be a difficult out with a .401 career OBP across 364 career minor-league contests, though he struggled in his first taste of the majors last year, slashing .197/.279/.230 over 69 plate appearances. Stefanic's ability to reach base could earn him another chance in the big leagues at some point, but his absence of power and speed limit his appeal as a future fantasy asset.

Anthony Rendon - Not yet taking grounders Rendon (groin) did some outdoor work Saturday, but he hasn't yet started fielding grounders, Sam Blum of The Athletic reports.

Impact It's the second straight day that Rendon has worked on the field, though Blum noted Friday that the third baseman still has "no specific timeline" for a return. The third baseman is expected to travel with the Angels on their trip to Chicago that starts Monday, and he may begin fielding groundballs then. It's possible that Rendon could be activated by the end of that series, but an early-June activation seems more feasible.
