Reinstated from emergency list Lowe was reinstated from the family medical emergency list Tuesday, Tricia Whitaker of Bally Sports Sun reports.

Impact Lowe missed the Rays' final two games prior to the All-Star break but will be back with them for the beginning of the second half. Jonathan Aranda was optioned to Triple-A Durham in a corresponding move.
