Inks minors deal with Philly Barnes signed a minor-league contract Tuesday with the Phillies, Matt Gelb of The Athletic reports.

Impact Barnes opted out of a minor-league pact with the Rangers last week after pitching to a 2.21 ERA across 20.1 innings with their Triple-A affiliate in Round Rock. He'll be stationed at Triple-A Lehigh Valley.
