Impact The 31-year-old scored on a Lorenzo Cain double in the second inning, but Milwaukee mustered just one hit and one walk in the final seven frames. Peterson is up to 10-for-11 in stolen base attempts this year. He's slashing .265/.376/.390 with five home runs, 30 RBI, 35 runs scored and 11 doubles. The utility man filled in for Avisail Garcia (back) in right field Wednesday, but that's not likely to be a long-term issue.

He is receiving more playing time temporarily while Eduardo Escobar (hamstring) is on the 10-day injured list.
