Tatsuya Imai - Rehab moving to Triple-A Imai (arm) will make his next rehab appearance Tuesday or Wednesday with Triple-A Sugar Land, Brian McTaggart of MLB.com reports.

Impact The Japanese right-hander made his first rehab appearance with Double-A Corpus Christi on Tuesday, allowing five runs over two innings. Imai struggled to a 7.27 ERA and a 13:11 K:BB in his first three MLB starts before landing on the shelf, so he's likely to need another rehab start or two after next week's outing.

Albert Suárez - Back with Baltimore The Orioles selected Suarez's contract from Triple-A Norfolk on Friday.

Impact After electing free agency Wednesday, Suarez returned to the O's on a minor-league deal Thursday and will now rejoin Baltimore's bullpen to replace the injured Ryan Helsley (elbow). Suarez has been effective as a long reliever in the big leagues this year, posting a 3.46 ERA and 1.15 WHIP through 13 innings across five appearances.

Ryan Helsley - Placed on injured list The Orioles placed Helsley on the 15-day injured list Friday with right elbow inflammation, retroactive to Wednesday.

Impact Helsley threw a perfect ninth inning Tuesday to lock down his seventh save of the season, but he appears to have come away from his latest outing with an elbow issue that will force him to spend at least two weeks on the shelf. Albert Suarez was called up from Triple-A Norfolk in a corresponding move.
