Shaky in seventh save Robles allowed a run on two hits in one inning, earning the save in Friday's 8-7 win over Cleveland.

Impact Robles was lucky to have a two-run cushion, as he gave up a one-out solo home run to Josh Naylor. He was able to limit the damage there to convert his seventh save of the season. The 30-year-old reliever has added 12 holds with a 3.63 ERA, 1.27 WHIP and 34:19 K:BB across 34.2 innings this year. He'll likely continue to split closing duties with Taylor Rogers, who logged a perfect inning for a hold in Friday's game.

Tagged for three runs in loss Robles (3-4) took the loss Tuesday against the Reds after giving up three runs on two hits with zero strikeouts and zero walks during the ninth inning.

Impact It wasn't a save situation as the right-hander entered with the game tied 7-7, but he was still charged with the loss after allowing a double and hitting a batter before serving up a three-run homer to Tyler Naquin. It's the first time since April 21, a span of 26 appearances, in which Robles surrendered more than one run in an outing. Overall he has a 3.48 ERA, 1.25 WHIP and 34:19 K:BB over 33.2 innings with 12 holds, and he's converted six of eight save opportunities.

Nabs fourth save Robles secured his fourth save of the season after allowing an unearned run on a hit and a walk while striking out two in the 10th inning of Monday's 3-2 win over the Orioles.

Impact Because he entered the game in the extra inning, Robles was on the mound with a runner (Maikel Franco) on second base. DJ Stewart's double to lead off the inning scored Franco and cut the Orioles' deficit to one, but Robles was able to close the door on the comeback attempt thereafter.
