Bumped up to 40-man roster Danner's contract was selected by the Blue Jays on Friday, Ben Nicholson-Smith of Sportsnet.ca reports.

Impact Danner advanced to High-A Vancouver in 2021 and logged a 2.02 ERA and 0.93 WHIP in 35.2 innings across 25 relief appearances. He'll now be protected from the Rule 5 draft.
