Lands on IL with sore forearm Perez was placed on the 15-day injured list Tuesday with left forearm soreness, Rich Dubroff of BaltimoreBaseball.com reports.

Impact Perez had begun to turn his season around lately, so this is unfortunate timing. It's not clear at this point how much time he might miss, but he'll be eligible to return July 18.
