Seiya Suzuki - Three hits Tuesday Suzuki went 3-for-5 with a double, an RBI and a run scored in Tuesday's win over the Dodgers.
Impact Suzuki plated his first run since Aug. 28 with a base hit in the eighth and his sixth inning double was his first extra-base hit since Sept. 1. Since Aug. 21, Suzuki is batting .333/.422/.538 with three homers, nine RBI 15 runs scored and four steals. He currently leads the Cubs in average, on-base percentage, slugging percentage and OPS, as he's slashing .273/.349/.475 with 19 homers, 65 RBI, 67 runs, 14 steals and a 50:145 BB:K in 521 plate appearances.

Porter Hodge - Locks down fifth save Hodge picked up the save in Tuesday's 6-3 win over the Dodgers, working around a walk to pitch a scoreless ninth inning.
Impact Hodge worked around a two-out walk to Miguel Rojas to secure his fifth save of the year and his fourth since Aug. 20. The game ended on what would have been a two-run homer by Max Muncy had Pete Crow-Armstrong not timed his jump perfectly to snag the ball over the wall on a highlight reel catch. Hodge has continued to be a reliable high-leverage option for the Cubs and is now working on 14 straight scoreless appearances while only giving up five hits in 15 innings over that span. For the year, he owns a 1.66 ERA, 0.89 WHIP and 46:17 K:BB in 38 innings.

Shota Imanaga - Earns win despite home run issues Imanaga (13-3) got the win over the Dodgers on Tuesday, allowing three runs on seven hits while striking out four over seven innings.
Impact Imanaga was hurt by the home run ball, allowing three solo home runs for the only major damage against him, including two home runs versus Tommy Edman. He was awarded a fourth straight victory after the Cubs rallied in the eighth for five runs to put him in line for the win. Imanaga has now reached seven innings in three of his last four starts and Tuesday was his eighth start this season not allowing a walk. The 31-year-old lefty owns a 3.03 ERA, 1.02 WHIP and 159:25 K:BB in 160.1 innings and lines up for a home start against Oakland to begin next week.
