Impact Schwarber had recorded multi-hit games in each of his last two appearances, and he's now driven in runs in each of the last four contests. Patrick Corbin - Returns to win column Corbin (3-3) allowed four runs on 11 hits and two walks while striking out three in 5.2 innings to earn the win against the Orioles on Sunday.
Impact Corbin struggled early in Sunday's contest, as he allowed four consecutive singles to begin the game and gave up three earned runs in the top of the first inning. However, the Nationals gave him just enough run support to return to the win column. The southpaw has recorded a 6.13 ERA and 1.55 WHIP in 47 innings this season. Corbin tentatively lines up to make his next start at home against the Brewers on Saturday.

Matt Harvey - Charged with fifth loss Harvey (3-5) allowed six runs (five earned) on nine hits and a walk while striking out six in 4.2 innings to take the loss against the Nationals on Sunday.
Impact Harvey has struggled mightily recently, as he's now given up at least five earned runs in each of his last three starts. The Orioles scored three runs in the top of the first inning Sunday, but Harvey surrendered the lead by giving up four runs in the bottom half of the frame. The right-hander has posted a 6.31 ERA and 1.58 WHIP in 45.2 innings this year. He tentatively lines up to make his next start on the road against the White Sox on Friday.

Will Harris - Meeting with specialist Nationals manager Dave Martinez said Sunday that Harris will fly to Dallas to visit a hand specialist this week, Jesse Dougherty of The Washington Post reports.
Impact After missing the first month of the season with right hand inflammation, Harris made eight appearances for the Nationals before he was moved back to the 10-day injured list Sunday due to the same issue. The Nationals don't plan to provide a timeline for Harris' return to action until he receives an evaluation from the specialist.

Brad Hand - Nabs second save in two days Hand worked around a base hit and a walk to toss a scoreless ninth inning en route to picking up his seventh save of the season in Sunday's 6-5 win over the Orioles. He also struck...
Impact Hand navigated the inning more smoothly than his box-score line would suggest; he intentionally walked Trey Mancini on four pitches and threw all but one of his other eight offerings for strikes, including two swings and misses. The lefty threw a perfect inning to notch a save in Saturday's 12-9 win, so after the back-to-back clean appearances, he appears to have regained some job security after he had given up at least one run in five of his prior six outings.
