Bruce Zimmermann - Rehab pushed back Zimmermann's (biceps) rehab has been pushed back another week or two, Rich Dubroff of BaltimoreBaseball.com reports.
Impact The Orioles announced in late June that Zimmermann would miss two or three more weeks, and his recovery will extend another week or two as a precautionary measure. A clear timetable for the southpaw's return to game action hasn't yet been established, but he'll likely be sidelined at least through the All-Star break.

César Valdez - Nearing return Valdez (back) could be reinstated from the 10-day injured list as early as Sunday, Rich Dubroff of BaltimoreBaseball.com reports.
Impact Valdez has been dealing with a lower back strain recently, but he's apparently feeling better and could rejoin the Orioles in the coming days. If the right-hander isn't activated ahead of Sunday's series finale against the Angels, he could return to action early next week when the Orioles return home to face the Blue Jays. Valdez had posted an 11.17 ERA and 2.17 WHIP in 9.2 innings across his last 10 relief appearances prior to his injury.

Stevie Wilkerson - Accepts outright assignment Wilkerson cleared waivers and accepted an outright assignment to Triple-A Norfolk on Saturday, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports.
Impact Wilkerson was cast off the 40-man roster Wednesday, and he'll remain in the organization going forward. The 29-year-old failed to secure the job as the primary second baseman for the Orioles earlier in the season after he hit .167 with two doubles, five runs, two RBI and two stolen bases in 31 games with the major-league club.

Konner Wade - DFA'd by Orioles Wade was designated for assignment by the Orioles on Saturday.
Impact Wade was sent down by the Orioles on Sunday, and he allowed an unearned run on a hit and two walks while striking out one in 2.1 innings during his most recent minor-league appearance. He'll now be removed from the 40-man roster to make room for right-hander Shaun Anderson, who was claimed off waivers from the Rangers in a corresponding move.
