Showcases power in loss
Riley went 3-for-4 with a solo home run, two doubles and a strikeout in Sunday's 2-1 loss to the Phillies.
Impact
Riley had totaled just one extra-base hit in his six games following the All-Star break, but he's been hot across the last three contests, as he's gone 6-for-13 with two homers, three doubles, three runs and three RBI. The 24-year-old was a bright spot in Atlanta's lineup Sunday since the team generated only one hit outside of the third baseman's production.

Socks two-run shot in rout
Riley went 2-for-5 with a two-run home run, an additional run scored and a walk in Saturday's win over the Phillies.
Impact
Riley snapped a six-game homer drought with a two-run shot in the eighth inning when the game was already decided, but the noteworthy thing about the long ball is that he blasted that rocket off shortstop Ronald Torreyes, who pitched the eighth when the game was all but over. It was Riley's 16th long ball of the campaign and he has gone yard three times already this month.

Homers in loss
Riley went 2-for-4 with a two-run homer and a walk in Friday's 7-6 loss to the Rays.
Impact
Riley got Atlanta on the scoreboard in the fourth after blasting a two-run homer to center. He would then walk and single his next two times up. The 24-year-old has hit safely in seven of his last eight games and will need to continue to pick up some of the slack left behind by Ronald Acuna's season-ending knee injury. For the year, Riley is slashing .279/.362/.478 with 15 homers, 44 RBI, 43 runs scored and a 36:91 BB:K over 359 plate appearances.

On base three times Friday
Riley went 2-for-4 with a walk, a double, a triple, a run scored and an RBI in Friday's 5-0 win over the Marlins.
Impact
The streaky 24-year-old is heating up again. Over his last 12 games, Riley is batting .326 (15-for-46) with two homers and nine RBI, pushing his slash line on the year to .280/.364/.473 -- numbers that would be career highs in all three categories.

Cranks 14th home run
Riley went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run and a walk in Thursday's 4-3 win over the Mets.
Impact
Riley took Jacob deGrom deep in the first inning to give Atlanta the lead. He was the only hitter to homer off deGrom in his last seven starts. The 24-year-old is slashing .280/.359/.476 with 14 long balls, 39 RBI and 40 runs in 314 plate appearances. He is batting .333 over his last eight games.

Busts out with three hits and RBI
Riley finished 3-for-6 with three RBI and a run scored Wednesday in Atlanta's 20-2 win over the Mets.
Impact
Riley has been in a bit of a power drought of late with only one home run and two doubles over his final 16 games of June, but he at least closed the month on a four-game hitting streak while lifting his average to .279 on the season. The 24-year-old managed a .232 average over his first two years in the majors, so he's been one of the more pleasant surprises in that category in 2021. Riley's .271 expected batting average suggests he shouldn't be in line for major regression as the season unfolds.
