Impact Gomber was cut loose by Atlanta on Monday, and he'll now attempt to carve out a role for himself in the Tigers organization. The 32-year-old has posted a 6.01 ERA and 1.40 WHIP across 82.1 Triple-A innings this season and will presumably slot in as organizational depth at Toledo.
