Impact Garcia managed his first three-hit game since May 29, and he also extended his hitting streak to six contests with the effort. He did the majority of his damage by going yard in the eighth inning to record his 21st home run of the season. On the campaign, Garcia has a .276/.313/.535 line with 42 runs scored and 59 RBI across 316 plate appearances. He's accomplished that impressive line despite striking out a 30.7 percent clip.

Impact Garcia hit a single in the sixth inning, scoring Eli White for the Rangers' only run of the day. The 28-year-old has slowed down as of late since hitting two home runs on June 23. Since then, he is batting .231 with just six RBI and five runs. However, on the season he is slashing .270/.306/.522 with 20 long balls, 58 RBI, 40 runs and eight steals in 307 plate appearances.

The 28-year-old cooled off considerably in June, slashing .242/.284/.432 with four homers in 95 at-bats, but he still ranks tied for eighth in the majors with 55 RBI on the year.

Impact Garcia, who entered the series against against Kansas City with just 11 walks in 65 games, has four free passes Friday and Saturday. While the bases on balls are out of the ordinary, Garcia's ability to get baserunners home is not. He has eight RBI in the last nine games and is batting .338 (25-for-74) with runners in scoring position. His 54 RBI rank tied for fourth in MLB behind Vladimir Guerrero (64). Rafael Devers (60) and Shohei Ohtani (56).
