STATS

Share of seventh in Memphis Schauffele posted a six-under cumulative score at the FedEx St. Jude Championship to finish in a five-way share of seventh.
Impact Schauffele shot two-under or better in three of his four rounds at TPC Southwind. His final round was a bit of a roller coaster, as he opened with three consecutive birdies only to card back-to-back bogeys on holes five and six, but he worked his way back into the top-10 of the leaderboard with birdies on holes 15 and 17. Schauffele finished the tournament fifth in driving distance, seventh in scrambling, 13th in SG: Putting, T16 in driving accuracy and 20th in SG: Off-the-Tee. He's 11th in the FedExCup Standings heading into next week's BMW Championship, where he finished in the top-10 from 2022 to 2024 before a T28 performance last year at Caves Valley Golf Club.

Solo second in Detroit Schauffele carded a five-under 66 in the final round of the Rocket Classic to finish solo second and two strokes back of winner Michael Thorbjornsen.
Impact It was Schauffele's debut at the Rocket Classic, and the two-time major champion was one of the most consistent players in the field at Detroit Golf Club. He found himself atop the leaderboard Sunday after a four-under front nine, but he could not keep up with a surging Thorbjornsen on the back, though Schauffele's two birdies over the final five holes were enough for him to secure the runner-up finish for his best performance of 2026. Schauffele finished the tournament T2 in bogeys, T4 in scrambling, fifth in SG: Off-the-Tee, seventh in SG: Approach and ninth in both driving distance and accuracy. His efforts in Detroit moved him up to 11th in the FedExCup Standings, and since he's not in next week's Wyndham Championship, the next time we'll see Schauffele is at the St. Jude Championship on Aug. 13.

Fourth in GIR at The Open Schauffele posted a three-under cumulative score at The Open Championship to finish in a 10-way share of 18th.
Impact Schauffele was knocking on the door to the top-10 of the leaderboard following a four-under 66 score Saturday, but ended up dropping down seven spots following his one-over 71 final round. He connected on 53 of 72 greens in regulation (73.6 percent), which was fourth-best in the field at Royal Birkdale. He also ranked in the top-20 in both SG: Off-the-Tee and Tee-to-Green. It was a solid major season for Schauffele, who finished T9 at The Masters, T7 at the PGA Championship and T11 at the U.S. Open. He'll have at least one week off, as he's not in the field for the 3M Open.

MC after Friday 74 Schauffele missed the cut by five strokes at the Genesis Scottish Open following a four-over 74 in the second round.
Impact Schauffele opened the tournament with a one-under 69 and birdied the first hole of the second round, but he proceeded to card five bogeys over his final 17 holes without gaining a stroke back. Most of his struggles Friday came on the green, where he lost 2.38 strokes with his putter. Schauffele's missed cut at the Scottish Open broke a streak of 13-straight tournaments of making the cut, with his last MC occurring in his 2026 debut at the Farmers Insurance Open in late January. He'll look to bounce back next week at The Open Championship, where he's finished in the top-20 in six of eight prior appearances at golf's oldest major, including a victory in 2024.

T51 at Travelers Championship Schauffele finished the Travelers Championship in a four-way tie for 51st after posting a seven-under cumulative score.
Impact Schauffele went under-par in each of his four rounds at TPC River Highlands, but that wasn't enough on a course that saw the top-38 players score 10-under or better. He finished the tournament fourth in driving distance, seventh in SG: Off-the-Tee, T19 in driving accuracy and 24th in SG: Around. However, Schauffele struggled with his approach game, losing 3.63 strokes in that category to rank 61st out of the 72-man field. It was a disappointing performance, but the two-time major champion is 15th in the FedExCup standings thanks to his nine top-25 finishes, including T11 or better in each of the three majors this season. His next outing will take place in two weeks at the Genesis Scottish Open, which he won in 2022 before finishing T42-T15-T8 from 2023 to 2025.
