Impact Im was looking to bounce back following a missed cut at The American Express last week and got right back to form with his sixth top-15 finish in his last seven starts. It was also Im's third top-six finish in his last four starts at Torrey Pines. The young Korean excelled from a short-game perspective ranking fifth in SG: Around-the-Green and seventh in scrambling. A better putting performance and Im very well might have won for the first time on Tour since 2021. He will look for another strong finish at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am next week.
