Struggles in final round Kim recorded a one-over 72 in the final round of the Baycurrent Classic to finish tied for 20th place.
Impact Kim began the day only two shots off the lead but got off to a poor start with three bogeys in the first seven holes and only made two birdies on the day to tumble down the leaderboard. He ranked tied for ninth for the tournament in driving accuracy and third in putts per GIR. It's Kim's fourth consecutive top-20 finish and 11th such result this year.

First in SG: Approach in Memphis Kim posted a one-under par 69 on Sunday in the final round of the FedEx St. Jude Championship to finish in a tie for 14th place.
Impact After missing three straight cuts, it seemed unlikely that Kim would make the FedEx Cup top-50. However, Kim relied on the one thing he's relied on all season long to find success, his strong iron play. This week, Kim ranked first among all players in SG: Approach as he gained 8.126 strokes on the field. This led to Kim opening his playoffs with a strong five-under par 65 in the first round, followed by three straight rounds of 69. With Kim finding some success this week and collecting his sixth top-15 finish on the year, Kim climb the FedEx Cup standings to 41st, punching a ticket to next weeks BMW Championship.

He's now missed three consecutive cuts dating back to The Open Championship, but Kim remains top-50 in the FedExCup standings ahead of the playoffs.

T11 at John Deere Classic Kim carded a six-under 65 in the final round of the John Deere Classic to finish in a tie for eleventh.
Impact Kim was terrific tee-to-green this week as he ranked second in the field. His ball striking ranked fifth among all competitors in SG: Approach and he was even better in SG: Around the Green where he ranked second. While Kim was great tee-to-green this week, Kim struggled on the green. He lost more than three shots to the field this week in SG: Putting. With a better putting performance, Kim would have been in position to capture a title this week. Kim will look to build off of this performance in his next tournament and capture another top-15 finish.
