Impact Kim ranked ninth among the Genesis field in SG: Approach and first in overall proximity at Riviera, but he lost 4.52 strokes with the putter en route to just 15 total birdies across 72 holes. Kim sits No. 2 on the PGA Tour in both SG: T2G and SG: APP through 21 measured rounds this season, and he figures to make his next start at the Arnold Palmer Invitational where he tied for 19th last year.

Share of 45th at Pebble Beach Kim recorded a nine-under cumulative score at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am to finish tied with J.J. Spaun and Ryan Gerard for 45th.

Impact Kim saved his best round for last with a seven-under 65 on Sunday, which made up for his 74-72 scores in the two prior days. He finished T7 in the field in GIR and 18th and 30th in SG: Off-the-Tee and SG: Approach-to-Green, respectively, though he struggled with his putter and lost just over three strokes on the green. It seems as though Kim has cooled off a little following his T11-T6-T2-T3 open to the 2026 PGA Tour season, but he'll have an opportunity to bounce back next week at The Genesis Invitational, where he has made the cut in five of his last seven outings at that particular signature event (including solo third in 2019).

T3 at WM Phoenix Open Kim carded a bogey-free, three-under 68 in the final round of the WM Phoenix Open to finish tied for third.

Impact Kim got off to a rough start with a two-over 73 in the first round that included four bogeys over the first seven holes, but he bounced back spectacularly with a nine-under 62 in the second to make the cut. He carried that momentum into the weekend to climb all the way up to the top-3 of the leaderboard, and he finished the tournament as the leader in driving accuracy and in the top-5 in the field in SG: Around the Green, SG: Approach to Green and SG: Off the Tee. Kim is off to a terrific start to the 2026 PGA Tour season with finishes of T11-T6-T2-T3 in four outings and will enter next week's AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am fifth in the FedEx Cup standings with 495.83 points.

Stays hot with T2 in San Diego Kim finished in a share of second place after shooting a three-under 69 in the final round of the Farmers Insurance Open.

Impact Kim notched his 10th straight top-25 finish, and this was his fifth top-six finish in that stretch. It was another clinic from a ball striking perspective as he led the field in SG: Approach and was T4 in driving accuracy. Kim was also second in the field in putts per GIR. It doesn't seem like this train is going to slow down anytime soon. Kim has an extremely sustainable game and when he gets hot with the putter he is going to have a great shot to win. Unfortunately, Kim and everyone in this field just ran into a the buzzsaw that was Justin Rose who just put together an all-time performance. Kim will return to action next week at the WM Phoenix Open.

Unable to hang onto 54-hole lead Kim struggled to an even-par 72 in the final round to finish in a share of sixth place at The American Express.

Impact Kim held the outright 54-hole lead over World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler and 18-year-old Blades Brown by one shot. He was in such control the first three rounds, but Sunday he hit a rough patch at the end of his front-nine where he went four-over-par in a four-hole stretch. At that same point, Scheffler was making birdies in bunches. While Kim did post a nice three-under back-nine, he was simply too far back of Scheffler to make a difference. This would have been Kim's second win at The American Express (2021) and first PGA Tour win anywhere since January of 2023. While it wasn't the result Kim was hoping for, he has been in great form over the last six months. He will hope to keep things rolling at the Farmers Insurance Open.

Staying with PGA Tour Kim announced that he will play in the season-opening Sony Open in Hawaii next month, squashing the rumors that he will join LIV Golf, Golf.com reports.
