Finishes 28th in Atlanta MacIntyre posted an even-par cumulative score at the TOUR Championship to finish solo 28th.
Impact MacIntyre earned his spot at the TOUR Championship following a T7 performance at the BMW Championship. He posted rounds of 67 and 63 on Thursday and Saturday, respectively, but he was sunk by his six-over 76 second round Friday before capping things off with a four-over 74 final round, when he went four-over across a three-hole span between the 15th and 17th. The 30-year-old Scotsman will end the 2026 PGA Tour regular season having accrued $5.39 million in earnings with four top-5 finishes and two more top-10s, including solo fourth at THE PLAYERS Championship and T3 on home soil at the Genesis Scottish Open. MacIntyre may opt to play on the DP World Tour for the rest of the calendar year.

Punches ticket to TOUR Championship MacIntyre carded a five-under 65 in the final round of the BMW Championship to finish tied with Maverick McNealy for seventh.
Impact MacIntyre dropped to 36th in the FedExCup Standings after withdrawing from last week's St. Jude Championship due to a knee injury. He needed a big performance in St. Louis to jump into the top-30 of the Standings to qualify for the TOUR Championship. The Scotsman did just that thanks to Sunday's round, his best score of the tournament that included five birdies over his final 11 holes. MacIntyre led the field at Bellerive Country Club in GIR while ranking second in feet of putts made, fourth in SG: OTT, T10 in driving accuracy and in the top-20 in SG: Approach and Around. MacIntyre's efforts moved him up 11 spots to 25th in the FedExCup Standings, punching his ticket to next week's TOUR Championship and a spot in all four majors in 2027. He finished T17 in last year's TOUR.

Listed in BMW Championship field MacIntyre (knee) is listed in the field for this week's BMW Championship.
Impact MacIntyre withdrew from last week's FedEx St. Jude Championship due to a minor knee injury after posting a 12-over 82 in his opening round, but he's slated to return this week at Bellerive Country Club for the second leg of the playoffs. Following the WD in Memphis, he slid five spots to No. 36 in the FedExCup standings.

Withdraws from Fedex St. Jude tourney MacIntyre (undisclosed) has withdrawn before the second round of the FedEx St. Jude Championship, PGA Tour Communications reports.
Impact The reasoning for MacIntyre's withdrawal has not been made clear, but he will finish with a bad 12-over par after just one round in the tourney. It is unknown when he will return to action, but there is still a chance he can cap off the summer with a strong finish after an impressive showing early in the season at the Travelers Championship and Genesis Scottish Open.

Share of third on home soil MacIntyre carded a one-under 69 in the final round of the Genesis Scottish Open to finish tied with Keita Nakajima, Johnny Keefer and Matt Fitzpatrick for third.
Impact The Scottish-born MacIntyre had the crowd wholly behind him, and he found himself at the top of the leaderboard following a bogey-free, five-under 65 in the third round. He won this tournament back in 2024 and was in pole position to become the third player to win the Scottish Open multiple times, but those hopes were dashed after MacIntyre went three-over through the first 10 holes of the final round. He steadied himself by going four-under the rest of the way, which was enough for him to secure his fourth top-5 finish of the season and his best performance since his T2 at the Valero Texas Open in April. MacIntyre has three top-15 finishes over his last four outings and is trending in a positive direction heading into The Open Championship next week, where he's made the cut in each of his six prior outings, including T7 last year at Royal Portrush.

Breaks top-10 draught at Travelers MacIntyre recorded a five-under 65 in the final round of the Travelers Championship to finish tied with Ben Griffin for 10th.
Impact MacIntyre surged up the leaderboard Sunday with six birdies over his final 10 holes, and his top-10 finish was his first since his T2 at the Valero Texas Open in early April. The Scotsman finished the tournament T6 in both GIR and birdies, 10th in SG: Approach and 17th in SG: Putting. MacIntyre is not listed in the field for the John Deere Classic but will tee off in two weeks at the Genesis Scottish Open, which he won in 2024 and finished T65 last year.

Paces RBC Canadian Open in scrambling MacIntyre carded a one-under 69 on Sunday at the RBC Canadian Open to finish 10-under and tied for 15th.
Impact MacIntyre ranked T1 among the field in scrambling at TPC Toronto, ultimately making just five total bogeys across 72 holes despite hitting only 30 of 56 fairways in regulation. He also finished 10th in SG: Tee-to-Green, notably gaining strokes on approach for the first time since his T2 at the Valero Texas Open in early April. MacIntyre will be in attendance again this week at Shinnecock Hills, and he earned solo runner-up honors at last year's U.S. Open.

Downswing continues at Muirfield MacIntyre posted scores of 77-74 over the first two rounds of the Memorial Tournament to miss the cut by two strokes.
Impact The Scotsman put himself in a hole early with a five-over opening round that included three double bogeys. He was one-over through the first 13 holes in the second round and needed to gain one stroke to make the five-over cut line, but MacIntyre was unable to gain ground, ending his tournament with a bogey on the par-4 18th. He connected on just 18 of 36 greens in regulation, losing 2.30 strokes in his approach play and another 1.88 strokes around the green. MacIntyre has finished T42 or worse in each of his six outings since his T2 at the Valero Texas Open, including missed cuts at the PGA Championship and The Masters. The U.S. Open Championship is two weeks away, but MacIntyre will have the opportunity to right the ship next week at the RBC Canadian Open, which he won in 2024 and finished T36 last year.
