Strong ball striking leads to T9 Hoey closed with a four-under 68 in the final round of the Procore Championship to finish in a share of ninth place. Impact Hoey had a mostly mundane final round until he birdied the final three holes en route to a bogey-free day to climb into the top-10. In his usual form, he was led by his ball-striking, as he ranked in the top-10 in SG: Off-the-tee and approach for the week. Hoey switched to a long putter in Napa but ranked 47th out of 72 golfers in SG: Putting. It's his second top-10 over his last four events.
