Freefalls at PGA Championship
Taylor posted a four-over 74 in the final round of the PGA Championship to finish tied for 26th.
Impact
Taylor worked his way into the penultimate playing group with Jon Rahm after a bogey-free, five-under 65 score in the third round. Taylor was one-under on the front nine of the final round and was within striking distance of the top of the leaderboard, but the 38-year-old Canadian completely fell apart on the back with six bogeys, five of which came over the final six holes. It was a familiar story for Taylor, who went five-over in the final round of The Masters to finish T41, and he has failed to crack the top-20 in 20 major starts, missing the cut in 12 of them.

T14 at Truist Championship
Taylor carded a one-under 70 in the final round of the Truist Championship to finish in a tie for 14th
Impact
Taylor came into Charlotte coming off of a top-10 finish in his prior start, and he continued his strong play. Taylor began his week strong, shooting a five-under 66 in the opening round to start his week in a tie for third. After a disappointing two-over 73 in the second round, Taylor bounced back with a three-under 68 on Saturday to stay in contention for back to back top-10 finishes. While Taylor began his final round with two birdies going out in two-under 33, he struggled coming home bogeying both holes 17 and 18. In fact, for the week Taylor was a combined three-over on the difficult Green Mile. Taylor was fifth this week in SG: Putting, a spot he is traditionally strong in, which he will take to Philadelphia next week for the PGA Championship.

T9 at Cadillac Championship
Taylor carded a one-under 71 in the final round of the Cadillac Championship to finish in a five-way tie for ninth.
Impact
Taylor opened the tournament strongly with a bogey-free, six-under 66 score in the first round that included five birdies on the back nine. He lost some steam over the coming days, going three-under over the last three rounds of the tournament, but it was still enough for the Canadian to log his first top-10 finish of the 2026 Tour season. He ranked in the bottom half of the field in SG: Off-the-Tee, SG: Putting and driving distance, but he also finished fourth in SG: Around-the-Green and ninth in SG: Around-the-Green. Taylor is in the field for the Truist Championship next week.

Struggles on greens at Harbour Town
Taylor closed with a one-over 72 on Sunday at the RBC Heritage to finish three-under and tied for 60th.
Impact
Taylor's final round at Harbour Town was highlighted by an eagle on the par-5 fifth hole where he hit his second shot from 265 yards out to 20 feet before sinking the putt, but he played the next three holes in a collective three-over-par to quickly lose momentum. The Canadian ultimately ranked just 78th of 82 in SG: Putting for the week, converting only 13 of 26 total scrambling opportunities in the process. Taylor has now gone seven consecutive starts without a top-25 result, falling to 59th in the FedExCup standings.

Seventh in SG: APP in San Antonio
Taylor fired a three-under 69 on Sunday at the Valero Texas Open to finish eight-under and tied for 28th.
Impact
Taylor finished his week at TPC San Antonio ranked seventh among the Valero field in both SG: Approach and overall proximity, though he's now lost strokes with the putter in five consecutive starts dating back to The Genesis Invitational. The 37-year-old Canadian has been relying heavily on his iron and wedge play this season, and he'll now head to Augusta National for his fourth career Masters appearance.

Ties for 38th at Bay Hill
Taylor fired a three-under 69 on Sunday at the Arnold Palmer Invitational to finish even-par and tied for 38th.
Impact
Taylor ranked third among the field at Bay Hill in SG: Around-the-Green and fourth in SG: Approach during Sunday's final round, but he finished the Signature Event just 48th of 50 in SG: Off-the-Tee after hitting only 26 of 56 total fairways in regulation. He's now lost a collective 6.95 strokes off the tee over his past two outings, but Taylor's around-the-green play has been strong within this recent eight-round frame. He'll be in attendance again this week for THE PLAYERS Championship, though he owns just one top-25 result across eight career appearances at TPC Sawgrass.

Second in scrambling at Riviera
Taylor carded a three-under 68 on Sunday at The Genesis Invitational to finish six-under and tied for 28th.
Impact
Taylor gained the second-most strokes around the green during Sunday's final round at Riviera, converting all three of his sand save opportunities in the process. However, he ended the Signature Event ranked just 43rd of 51 in SG: Off-the-Tee and T41 in putts per GIR, leading to just 13 total birdies across 72 holes. Taylor's next start figures to come at the Arnold Palmer Invitational where he placed T31-T12 the past two years.

Sixth in SG: APP at Pebble Beach
Taylor carded a three-under 69 on Sunday at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am to finish 14-under and tied for 24th.
Impact
Taylor gained 2.3 strokes on approach en route to a bogey-free scorecard Sunday, converting all four of his scrambling opportunities in the process. He ultimately finished the week ranked sixth among the field in SG: APP and T7 in GIR percentage, though he averaged just 61 feet of putts made per round (70th). After opening the 2026 season with four consecutive top-30 results, Taylor will tee it up again this week at Riviera Country Club where he's yet to place better than T20 across nine career appearances.

Climbs leaderboard Sunday
Taylor fired a final round four-under 67 at the WM Phoenix Open to finish in a share of 28th place.
Impact
The 2024 event champion was never in contention this week, but that didn't stop him from having his best round of the tournament Sunday to climb 18 spots on the leaderboard. Taylor ranked second in SG: Approach in the final round and was 25th in the category for the tournament. Taylor has finished in the top-30 in all three events he's played this year.
