T27 at the American Express Taylor closed with a three-under par 69 on Sunday at the American Express to finish tied for 27th.
Impact Taylor started strong this week much like he did last week at Sony as he opened with a pair of seven-under 65s in the first two rounds. He once again was one of the contenders in the mix heading into the weekend. However, an even-par third round kept Taylor from capitalizing on his strong start. This disappointing third round was attributed mostly to poor iron play, where Taylor ranked just 48th in SG: Approach, losing just over three strokes to the field on Saturday. A slight rebound on Sunday allowed Taylor to capture a top-30 finish, but it was yet again a disappointing weekend. Taylor will look to put four good rounds together in his next tournament at the WM Phoenix Open, where he has won before.

Cannot capitalize on strong start Taylor finished tied for 13th at the Sony Open in Hawaii after carding an even 70 during the final round.
Impact The 37-year-old Canadian looked to be on his way to a sixth PGA Tour victory after opening the tournament with an eight-under 62. However, he gained just one stroke over the final three days of the event to settle for a top-15 finish and ranked T2 in the field in GIR and 10th in SG: Approach to Green. It was Taylor's first top-15 finish in a Tour event since the RBC Canadian Open in June (T13), and his efforts in Hawaii rose him up to 51st in the OWGR. Taylor is not in the field for The American Express next week.

T19 at East Lake Taylor closed with an even-par 70 on Sunday at the TOUR Championship to finish eight-under and tied for 19th.
Impact Taylor played the first 11 holes in three-under-par before a double bogey on the par-4 12th derailed his final round at East Lake, though he still ended the week ranked top-5 among the field in each of SG: Off-the-Tee, SG: Around-the-Green and scrambling in Atlanta. He also paced the tournament in driving accuracy, hitting 45 of 56 fairways in regulation. Taylor's 19th-place finish in the FedExCup standings marks a career best.

Advances to East Lake Taylor carded a five-over 75 on Sunday at the BMW Championship to finish six-over and tied for 33rd.
Impact Taylor lost 3.6 strokes putting during Sunday's final round, in which he ultimately recorded five bogeys and a double to just two birdies. He lost strokes across the board throughout the week at Caves Valley, notching his worst SG: Total performance since the 2025 season opener. Nonetheless, Taylor's 25th-place positioning in the FedExCup standings allows him to advance to East Lake for just the second time in his career.

Up to 15th in FedExCup Taylor recorded a one-under 69 in the final round of the Genesis Scottish Open to finish tied for 22nd place.
Impact A third round 73 ended any hopes of Taylor contending for the title, but he rebounded with his third under-par round of the week Sunday en route to his fifth consecutive top-25 finish. The veteran had a solid week with his iron play, ranking T11 in GIR and 21st in SG: Approach. The result moves Taylor up to 15th in the FedExCup Standings.

T13 at the RBC Canadian Open Taylor finished tied for 13th in his home country's national open after carding a final round three-under 73.
Impact Taylor began his week with rounds of 66 and 65 to put himself into contention going into the weekend. But after shooting a one-under 69 in round three, and a three-under 67 in his final round, Taylor was unable to keep his hot start going. A tie for 13th is still another good finish for Taylor, who now has four top-20s, including a solo forth, in four of his last five tournaments. With as good as Taylor's ball striking has been in these last five tournaments, Taylor will need his play off-the-tee to improve if he wants to continue to put himself in a position to win tournaments. He will look to make it five our of six top-20s next week at Oakmont.
