Finds form in Napa
Hughes carded a three-under 68 on Sunday at the Procore Championship to finish in a share of seventh place.
Impact
Hughes got off to a quick start with a nine-under 63 on Thursday to hold the opening round lead but followed it up with an over-par second round to fall seven back heading into the weekend but still managed a top-10 result. In his usual form, he was led by his short game where he gained 12.3 strokes around the green and putting combined for the tournament. It's Hughes' fourth top-10 of the year and his only top-25 finish across his last 11 events.

Struggles in final round
Hughes recorded a two-over 72 in the final round of the RBC Canadian Open to finish tied for 27th place.
Impact
Hughes began the day just two shots off the lead but was unable to get anything going on a day when scores were low, as his only birdie of the round came on the opening par-5 as he fell over 20 spots on the leaderboard. He didn't stand out statistically in any area but was a respectable T12 in scrambling and 22nd in SG: Approach. Hughes currently sits 47th in the FedExCup Standings.

T39 at Muirfield Village
Hughes carded a two-over 74 on Sunday at the Memorial Tournament to finish seven-over and tied for 39th.
Impact
Hughes' final round at Muirfield Village was highlighted by a string of three consecutive birdies on holes 15-17, but he ultimately converted only four of nine scrambling opportunities en route to four bogeys and a double on Sunday as well. The Canadian drops two spots to No. 46 in the FedExCup standings, but he plans to tee it up again this week at TPC Toronto.

Loses over six strokes putting
Hughes recorded a 36-hole score of nine-over-par to miss the cut at the PGA Championship by eight shots.
Impact
Hughes uncharacteristically lost a season-worst 6.4 strokes putting throughout his two rounds at Quail Hollow, where he ultimately converted just six of 15 scrambling opportunities and carded only three total par-breakers across 36 holes. However, he's still placed top-10 in three of his last five starts dating back to the Texas Children's Open as he looks ahead to the Charles Schwab Challenge.
