Turbulent T12 in Memphis Kitayama posted a one-over 71 in the final round of the FedEx St. Jude Championship to finish tied for 12th.

Impact The St. Jude Championship was a bit of a roller coaster for Kitayama, who finished with a 65-73-66-71 scorecard. His final round was particularly erratic, finishing with two double bogeys, two bogeys, three birdies and an eagle. Still, his performance in Memphis was enough for him to move into the top-30 of the FedExCup Standings (28th), and if he can stay in that bracket following the BMW Championship, then he would qualify for the lucrative TOUR Championship.
