T11 finish in Jackson
Kim carded a two-under 70 in the final round to finish in a tie for 11th at the Sanderson Farms Championship.
Impact
Kim fell out of the top-10 on Sunday with an up-and-down final round. That said, it was still a quality finish for him to move from 99th to 92nd in the FedExCup standings. Kim, who many people had pegged to be a superstar on the PGA Tour a couple years ago, has really struggled in 2025 and put him in a position where he might not have full status for 2026. This finish could go a long way to help that. Kim will be in the field for the Baycurrent Classic next week in Japan where he will hope to gain more points on the cutoff.

Ties for 28th in Minnesota
Kim fired a five-under 66 on Sunday at the 3M Open to finish 13-under and tied for 28th.
Impact
Kim's final round at TPC Twin Cities was highlighted by an eagle on the par-5 sixth hole, where he nailed a 70-foot putt for the trey. He ultimately ranked T12 among the 3M field in driving accuracy for the week, but Kim remains just 89th in the FedExCup standings with the T28 result. He'll tee it up again this week at Sedgefield Country Club where he won his Wyndham Championship debut back in 2022.

Ties for 17th at Scottish Open
Kim carded a one-over par 71 on Sunday at the Genesis Scottish Open to finish tied for 17th.
Impact
It was finally the type of solid play that Kim has been looking for this week at the Genesis Scottish Open as Kim finished inside the top-20 for the first time since early February. Kim has been struggling for most of the year with his ball striking off the tee and with his irons. However, based on his performance this week and with his performance last week, Kim seems to have fixed his iron play as he now has gained over two shots on the field per round in his last six rounds. This week Kim ranked fifth in the field in SG: Approach gaining just over seven shots on the field for the week with his iron play. Kim still seems far away from contending in any major tournament this year, but it is good to see that Kim is starting to work his way back into form.

Ties for 33rd at U.S. Open
Kim closed with a two-over 72 on Sunday at the U.S. Open to finish nine-over and tied for 33rd.
Impact
Kim racked up nine total birdies throughout his final two rounds at Oakmont, where he ultimately ranked top-5 among the field in both SG: Around-the-Green and scrambling. However, he lost 2.42 strokes on approach in Pittsburgh. The T33 result allowed him to rise six spots to No. 84 in the FedExCup standings, and he'll be in the field again this week at the Travelers Championship on a sponsor exemption after losing to Scottie Scheffler in a playoff at TPC River Highlands last year.

Misses cut in San Antonio
Kim recorded a 36-hole score of four-over-par to miss the cut at last week's Valero Texas Open by six shots.
Impact
Kim struggled with his ball striking at TPC San Antonio, where he ultimately lost 5.2 strokes with his irons and another 1.2 strokes off the tee en route to hitting only 16 of 36 greens in regulation. However, he gained strokes putting for the first time since early February's WM Phoenix Open. Kim will peg it again this week at the Masters Tournament where he posted a pair of top-30s the past two years.
