Loses to Rahm again Niemann finished tied for fourth at LIV Golf Indianapolis after firing a five-under 66 in the final round to end the 2025 regular season second in the individual standings. Impact For the second year in a row, the final LIV Golf tournament of the regular season was headlined by Niemann vs. Jon Rahm for the Individual Championship. Niemann landed the first blow with a seven-under 64 opening round, but his lead over Rahm shrunk to one stroke heading into Championship Sunday. Niemann was unable to keep up with Rahm in the final round, even after scoring an eagle on the par-5 seventh and going four-under on the back nine. It was a heartbreaking final round for Niemann, who came within inches of getting his revenge after losing out on the Individual Championship to Rahm in 2024. Still, some of Niemann's disappointment is numbed by the $20 million he earned for his five LIV Golf wins and the $8 million bonus he secured for finishing second in the individual standings. Niemann's 2025 LIV Golf season will come to a close in Michigan next weekend, where he'll lead the fourth-seeded Torque GC team of Indianapolis champion Sebastian Munoz, Carlos Ortiz and the relegated Mito Pereira.
