Another stellar showing as amateur Koivun finished in a share of fourth place after shooting a one-under 71 in the final round of the Procore Championship.
Impact Koivun was coming off a strong showing to help the U.S. Team win the Walker Cup at Cypress Point. He really built on that, and a string of strong showings on the PGA Tour over the summer. After rounds of 67-66-68, Koivun found himself in the final pairing on Sunday in Napa with World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler right on his heels. It wasn't Koivun's best showing in the final round, but the experience of being in that position will be invaluable in the future. Finishing T4 will give the Auburn product a spot in the next full-field event in a few weeks at the Sanderson Farms Championship. Koivun has a PGA Tour card whenever he decides to turn pro, but has already announced he will be returning to college for another year of golf in 2025-26.

Continues to impress Koivun scored a share of fifth place after shooting a three-under 67 in the final round of the Wyndham Championship.
Impact Koivun has found his groove this summer going T11-T6-T5 in his last three starts on the PGA Tour. In Greensboro he led the field in driving accuracy and was third in putts per GIR. The Auburn standout already has his PGA Tour card locked up via the PGA Tour University Accelerated Program, but will defer it to 2027 as he plans to return to school in the fall. Koivun should continue to get starts from sponsors the rest of the year and into 2026.
