Posts four under-par rounds
Higgo recorded a one-under 71 on Sunday at the Procore Championship to finish 14-under and tied for seventh place.
Impact
Playing alongside eventual champion Scottie Scheffler in the final round, Higgo had an uneven day with four birdies and three bogeys to fall slightly down the leaderboard but hung on to a top-10 finish. He used his length advantage to lead the field for the tournament in SG: Off-the-tee. It's Higgo's first top-25 finish since he won in Punta Cana in April.

Wins in Punta Cana
Higgo won the Corales Puntacana Championship by one stroke following an even-par 72 in the final round.
Impact
The Corales Golf Course played tricky at times this week due to the gusty winds. Sunday was really tricky with Higgo battling it out with several other players. The toughest holes were down the stretch and while Higgo played the final six in two-over, that was better Joel Dahmen at four-over on the last six, who was in control for much of the week. Six players ended up at 13-under-par, but a key par on 18 put Higgo at 14-under. For the South African it was his second win on the PGA Tour, but first since the 2021 Palmetto Championship in which he also won by one stroke over six other players. Higgo was coming off a T3 finish on the Korn Ferry Tour. He had played in just two PGA Tour events so far in 2025, but he'll now be exempt for the rest of this year plus two more seasons. It'll also put him into the next signature event in a couple weeks at the Truist Championship.

Surges with Sunday 64
Higgo fired an eight-under 64 in the final round of the World Wide Technology Championship to finish in a share of sixth place.
Impact
Higgo had a hot front-nine that consisted of six birdies in a seven hole stretch, and his final round 64 was only bested by champion Austin Eckorat. He posted a better round each day and ranked second for the week in driving distance en route to the top-10 result. It's just Higgo's second top-10 of the year, and he still has some work to do to keep his Tour card at 138th in the FedExCup Fall Standings.

Higgo had an up-and-down tournament making the cut after shooting four-under in Round 2, but struggling in Round 3 firing three double bogeys and four bogeys en route to a six-over 76. Perhaps the most important thing for Higgo was that he could play all four rounds as the Sony Open was his first event since October due to a wrist injury.
