Impact Conners eagled the par-5 first hole during Sunday's final round at Riviera, but he failed to card another par-breaker until a birdie on the par-5 11th, and he ended the day ranked 48th of 51 in total feet of putts made. The Canadian converted 19 of 23 scrambling opportunities throughout his week, but Conners has now lost at least 1.2 strokes on approach in three consecutive starts. He'll likely tee it up next at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, where he's placed T21 or better in five straight Bay Hill outings, including a solo-third result here last year.

Impact Conners was three-over across the first three rounds, but he was able to end the tournament on a high note Sunday with his best score of the event. He finished with the second-best driving accuracy in the field but ranked near the bottom of the field across most other categories, including 67th and 69th in SG: Around-the-Green and SG: Putting, respectively. Conners is in the field for The Genesis Invitational next week, where he finished T24 in each of his last two appearances at the signature event.

Impact Conners opened Championship Sunday in a share of eighth, but he tumbled 16 spots down the leaderboard after a disappointing final round, when he went two-over on the back nine with three bogeys and a birdie. He led the field in SG: Approach to Green (7.72) and finished fourth, T8 and T9 in driving distance, driving accuracy and GIR, respectively, but he ranked near the bottom of the field in SG: Approach the Green (minus-1.59) and SG: Putting (minus-3.22). Conners dropped one spot to 31st in OWGR and is not in the field for The American Express next week.
